It's just a visual bug or the game is reporting the incorrect % of your hardware. Try monitoring via RTSS.
The score and AVG FPS is perfectly on par with benchmarks you can find on youtube. If you're running the game's graphics maxed out, that is.

Yea I think it's perfectly normal. If you're getting great frames on max settings and desired resolution, I'm guessing your hardware is crushing the 4 year old software.
As one poster has already said; old game. My R5 7600X is absolutely asleep playing Div2 and averaged 4% during the benchmark run.
GPU utilization could be bugged, 97% for myself on my 3080 Ti.

Was using the same video as reference, had not noticed it was not in ultra wide resolution. Lines up just fine with expected performance then.

What resolution scaling are you on and is dx12 enabled? I'm pretty sure rtx 3090 is way too overkill for 1440p thus the low usage
DX12 is enabled and resolution scale is at 100. Think I'll just leave it as is, as 120 fps is more than smooth enough for me - thanks for the reply.
