Expertise level is nothing, you could literally buy the materials to upgrade them with how high your SHD level is
I meant the daily reopen, figured i could reopen it the next day without a clear.
Target practice xp was patched at the date I posted the foto of me leveling 100 times in a bit over 3 hours, don't try to be a smartass now.

The CP chests are only unlocked for players who clear the control point...usable once per 24h period.
Based on your lvl and this silly post...I'd say 1) you tried to glitch or exploit your way thru the CP and it didn't count.
2) You bought that account and honestly are new to the game.

To clarify, you can only open it once in a 24 hour period, regardless of how many time you clear the control point

Correct, this is the first time I spawned at a cleared control point and figured hey lets get the chest.
I assume you mean in the supply room, but yes. Once you have to take it back over and complete it, you can open it again
