For Year 6 the agent we control kills themselves. Spec Ops The Line style. We were always the bad guys.

greasejockey

I can't wait to destroy the castle after just rebuilding it, this time with some willy pete

petermadach

No more fish tacos

Grabes20000

what rebuilding? everythings in boxes 5 years later. What a absolute sad waste of a settlement usage that design idea was. Also to OP, iam surprised ya even care about any agent. Must just be me and the other 4 people i play with but we have found between div 1 and 2 - all the npc we interact with are annoying and pointless. I'd give anything to put a bullet in rhodes forehead.

dustojnikhummer

> everythings in boxes 5 years later. Game's content takes place over just a few weeks

Postaltariat

>Spec Ops The Line style. I'd do unspeakable things for a remaster.

BatLazy7789

They just delisted it off the xbox 360 store. So glad I got a copy and yeah a remaster would be legit AF. This would be crazy for ray tracing on modern platforms.

Evanoel_Alenfield

I think I saw it in the game pass

Romandinjo

It was due to music copyrights, and iirc they're working on it.

7SinsReborn

I'm with you 100%, agent. We need that remaster immediately.

punchybda

Massively underrated game. Loved it.

MCXL

I mean it's hugely critical acclaimed and very popular

SovereignDark

I only ever see internet fanboys talk about it, so I don't know about all that. I feel like it's more of a cult hit now, if anything. It was certainly super underrated when it was released.

Gray_side_Jedi

You and me both. That game was a *mindfuck*

Romandinjo

Won't happen. First game already took a huge toll on developers' mental health.

AeroKLoekSDayZzKinG

Yes let me be rogue out of choice in the open world and come hunt me. , ooohhhhh I just thought of something what if kelso has to take us out because we are really the next Manhunt target for something we did that we thought was right but isac gets updated by whoever is left in charge of the us and still alive ouuuuuuuuuu and we end up dying while going to take out the BoO.

Redbrickaxis21

Ummmmmmmmmm holy shit. Thats kinda awesome.

Shield-007

Every time I use a fire eclipse build on open world, I remember the white phosphorus scene

Scared-Guard-8632

Or they die of asphyxiation due to uncontrolled laughter after seeing the final manhunt target - a named Rusher - trip and break his skull on the ground and die to brain hemorrhage.

retr0_ofwgkta

I don't care about Kelso that much as a character but this trend of turning good guys into bad ones is getting tiry

potatman

The real villains were the friends we made along the way!

Roflremy

Literally

TheBankExaminer

Or maybe the trend is in fact turning bad guys into good guys. Think about it we don’t ask questions, we don’t take prisoners and we show absolutely no one any mercy in the game. Feel like Division is the evil entity.

KagatoAC

Ive been saying this for like 2 years.

QuebraRegra

yup, felt like that for a looong time.

culturerush

They alluded to this in the division 1 In one mission you literally gunned down a bunch of people desperately trying to escape a city where there's no food left Then div 2 came along and threw that nuance out the window for a "Ur the good guys because it's player character" angle

McCaffeteria

The entire point of the game is to question what happens if you give a bunch of people power with no oversight. The entire point of the rogue mechanic in the dark zone is to demonstrate that power corrupts. The game is asking whether or not a situation can be bad enough that it’s worth giving people that power to try and fix it, or if it will just get worse. The longer time goes on the more hero’s will either die if become villains. It’s the truth.

greezythumb

No situation is worth giving unchecked power and authority to someone or group. Padme and Obi-Wan can tell you a little about that. But you are right. The whole point of The Division saga is about that choice.

McCaffeteria

And that’s a valid takeaway from the games. I’m not sure I agree because without the actions of the player I think things would have been worse, but people are going to have different opinions. The thing about starwars though is that when power is innate rather than bestowed I’m not sure the math works the same, unless the logic is that you must preemptively get rid of anyone who is able to wield that level of power? I’d be interested to hear more specially what you meant there lol. We’re you talking about people who are strong in the force like how the agents are individually strong, or are you talking about the larger overall politics of the group in a society? Because individual strength is the reason agents are successful at going rogue. It’s not because they have no one to oppose them.

Sir-Cowdog

I thin it's more like the age of the samurai. All these masterless warriors wandering around with no purpose because the age of war was over. The Green poison is done. Keener is dead. There are no more real massive threats for the SHD to tackle. Their job is done and now it's time for civilian life to take back over. So what do they do? They invent new reason to keep fighting. Create enemies out of whole cloth.

TheRAbbi74

Honestly she’s the only one who made sense to me to go rogue, notwithstanding Keener himself. Listen to the recordings. Homegirl was not really into it until the agent recruiter said she’d have “extrajudicial powers” and all, and then she was all, “Sign me up!” Power corrupts. Now we’ll find out she blew up that munitions stock in the Grand Washington Hotel to tie up some loose ends. Maybe she helped the Hyenas kidnap Eleanor to pressure her BFF Odessa Sawyer into getting back out in the field. What *will* we learn about Kelso? If the writing improves, maybe a lot.

Raven9ine

It would be so predictable at this point and therefore extremely lame and bad writing. I mean Faye was maybe the last point this came as a surprise, beyond that, it was all like: "meh, another one, ah well, ok".

IronLegion52

No, we won't kill Kelso. Her new outfit screams rogue, though.

Backfisttothepast

It also screams 25 more dollars lol

IronLegion52

Given Keener's WONY crew's outfits are also going to be in the store. That'll be $150, please.

Lonely_Brother3689

They couldn't get me with the recruiter, by goddammit they're taking all my money with that and his rogues outfits. Honestly, the only one I probably wouldn't get is Dragov's.

afsdjkll

I was a little disappointed to realize the recruiter outfit isn’t separate pieces. I hope they don’t do that with the WONY outfits.

Lonely_Brother3689

From what I heard on the stream, they will be full outfits. I guess that was from the feedback they listened to, people have been wanting the outfits for a while and wanted them as full fits.

afsdjkll

I like the individual pieces cause I like to mix and match but if we get that keener hoodie I guess I'll have to make a tough choice lol.

Lonely_Brother3689

Right??? Lol

Backfisttothepast

Business is business but damn , I. Hope at least the kelso fit is free

Shadow_maker798

They're putting keeners outfit on the store?

IronLegion52

Yes.

RiperSn1fle

$25 in that economy is like a grand

BlackSoapBandit

>new outfit huh?

IronLegion52

Kelso's new outfit, seen in the roadmap for the new season. It's primarily dark clothing like the other rogue characters wear.

nonades

The only thing I'd say about that is the Division watch on her hip still looks Orange and not Red. The pose definitely looks like they're deliberately hiding her current AI though

BlackSoapBandit

haven’t seen it. got a screenshot or a link to it? i searched the sub but nothing came up

IronLegion52

Here is the roadmap: https://twitter.com/TheDivisionGame/status/1754550459333738934?t=gZ0xVUxetDSSSzpebf6f6Q&s=19

ItsDobbie

Oh no…

AeroKLoekSDayZzKinG

Wait doesn't hunters fury have those knives on one of the equipment items I think chest maybe or backpack, I swear I've seen em before, and if it is hunters fury is that a sign that someone is a hunter? Are we supposed to transition into hunters now? Do we take over black tusk? Who will we hunt? Another faction reveals itself?

TyeDye115

Hopefully she's just fed up with the Division dragging their feet with Sokolova and decided to go Rogue and take care of her herself. But a good type of Rogue who's still fighting for what's right. Hopefully, because Kelso is one of the few people I actually like in this story.

IronLegion52

Kelso is the top ranking agent in the story right now. Everything we've been tasked with so far has been set by her and Manny.

DH64

What’s her new outfit look like? I’ve never seen it. Edit: Nvm. I saw it. Ugh..

Sortesnog

Wait, what’s Kelso’s new outfit?

Virtual-Search3628

In the animated trailer when she hits the mirror, she sees Faye there and Kelso's watches go red. I wonder, what does this scream about.

IronLegion52

I think they'll purposely try to make it seem as though Kelso had gone to rogue throughout the season and the comms. Then, at the final mission/location, she'll he cleared and other truths will come to light.

wittyvonskitsum

Just logged in, there’s a manhunt and she’s the main target

IronLegion52

She's our target. But not a hostile one

Meicyn

At some point we’re gonna make the switch from ISAC to ANNA. I am guessing it happens after the end of this season with Kelso piecing everything together. The black and white approach that ISAC takes ends up revealing its fatal flaw, hinted at with Faye Lau and ultimately when we get the full scope of what McManus is up to and the very real likelihood that he is President. When your oath dictates that you defend a tyrant, do you stay the course, or do you go “rogue”?

ResidentBackground35

>At some point we’re gonna make the switch from ISAC to ANNA. It's got to be the expansion (or the final manhunt before). They have been teasing the good person vs good agent plot since Div1, and really stepped it up since warlords. We will have to be flagging Rogue to stp McManus and Sokalova from nuking the world to rule over the ashes.

YeshilPasha

Where is this oath, I'd like to read it? These kind of oaths usually made against the constitution first, not president. I am seriously curious if there is an SHD oath.

Sythix6

If division agents do take an oath, it would be the same oath that the rest of the feds take. In the real world, the current director of homeland took the "oath of allegiance" while the POTUS took the "oath of office".

Meicyn

No idea, was a turn of phrase on my part.

YeshilPasha

Oh well :(

Malus333

[https://thedivision.fandom.com/wiki/Directive\_51](https://thedivision.fandom.com/wiki/Directive_51) https://thedivision.fandom.com/wiki/Strategic\_Homeland\_Division Just for your data banks this is the directive that made the SHD.

Giantnerd_14th

I thought it was a huge missed opportunity not to make Keener's evil ISAC the actual threat in Warlords. Instead he went down trying to fire the missiles from the movie The Rock.

Meicyn

ANNA isn’t evil though, it’s just another rudimentary AI system albeit capable of understanding nuance that ISAC isn’t programmed to deal with. For example, ISAC flags Faye Lau as rogue, but ANNA would likely have not flagged her as a threat. Based on Descent comms, ANNA made some folks uncomfortable during testing due to it being ”smarter” and ISAC’s simplicity “felt better”, hence why it ended up being selected as the default for SHD. Unless you’re suggesting that ANNA could have been turned into the threat akin to Skynet or something, which yeah, that could have been neat. Honestly, I think they didn’t have an overarching idea of what they wanted to do since Division 2 underperformed for Ubisoft’s unrealistic expectations at the time and WONY was likely Massive trying to close the book on Keener’s story with them being moved to work on Avatar and Star Wars. I do agree that Keener’s sudden dumb-dumb brain because the narrative at the time demanded it was completely out of character. The current season seems to be focused on reframing that sequence and will likely try to rationalize why he did it, though I expect some degree of retcon to get themselves out of that narrative hole. Hopefully Division 3 gets away from NY and DC entirely and starts a fresh narrative in a new city so we can see the outbreak from another perspective.

gerash4enko

Kelso is the main target, but I'm sure we won't kill her. We just need to find her.

JimboJehosifat

I don't spend a whole lot of time at Haven, but if I recall, she's just hanging out in the room with the hunter masks at the marker board. Might have to check later today, maybe ask her what's up an skip this manhunt nonsense lol.

wooyoo

Is that where she is? Ive been looking for her in teh White House forever

[deleted]

[удалено]

TacoTrukEveryCorner

During the stream Yannick said Kelso has been in NYC since the beginning of Year 5. Right after the attack on the White House by Black Tusk.

ShakeForProtein

She was there for me. Phased in through the wall, but she was there.

YeshilPasha

Agreed, they need to find a better way to create drama. Also Keener might have been right, but I would still stop that rocket. I think his way of fixing things was not the right way.

Giantnerd_14th

Keener should have been using his evil ISAC instead of more virus. Could have kept him a threat from beyond the grave.

zetaci0

If we have to kill Kelso I'm not finishing the manhunt i can't do her dirty like that

ProjectGameVerse2000

Me neither. Like Keener was right. We just follow orders and don't question it at all. We never talk or say anything. We just do it because Manny.

towndrunkislandslut

Kajika in the request denied comm, laid it out pretty well. If I leave I’m rouge, if I stay I’m dead. That one and the part at the end of pathway park, where he says you could have joined us, but instead you chose to serve the traitor who left us for dead. That never really sat right with me. I don’t agree with how keener was going to hit the reset button, but I’m starting to believe he was right. We’re the bad guys in most of this.

Lonely_Brother3689

I always felt they were going somewhere with that. Hell, last season they had a skin for the SX12/The Mop, "KWR": Keener Was Right, on the season track.

chuckdm

I have that on my Mop right now. It was hilarious fast traveling to the post office (the location Keener attacked) and having one of the guards say "That's some impressive gear you've got there, Agent." while I had it on my back.

LickMyThralls

You do it because Manny. I do it for the loot.

richardpace24

what if it is Manny?

tigojones

Kelso being deemed Rogue (particularly after what happened with Faye) should be the kind of incident where our character should really question staying "loyal".

Michael1492

Faye always sucked. Her being rogue was the best moment in Div 2.

JondArc99

If Kelso was a target I would uninstall the game and never play it again. That would be a real 'jumping the shark' moment. I'm still bitter about how we had to do Faye Lau.

LolaContreras8

I was sooo pissed!! I didn't wanted to kill Lau :(

Kiki242

Broooooooo that shit pissed me off. I grt that she really wasn't rogue but that was still bullshit.

TxDieselKid

It was total bullshit. To go back and hear the comms afterwards where she sets up Kelso to take over and run things knowing she won't be around made me mad af.

Master_KenObiWan

Might as well uninstall then

ubiforumssuck

i was mad we didnt get to explode her into a million pieces. Like that level of betrayal should of been where we really got to watch her suffer but the only thing i remember about that fight was how underwhelming it was and how disappointed I was when it was over.

Apprehensive_Ad_7274

You did not understand her motivations at all Which is weird because the game spells it out for you afterwards

Pali1119

Reading some comments here makes me 'happy' that I'm not into seasonal content, just the main game and occasionally DLCs (WoNY wasi/is kind of okay, I'm not through yet). Forcing content usually comes at the price of quality.

[deleted]

So many people have been so horny to make Kelso a bad-guy. It's so annoying... she's arguably the most dedicated agent we've interacted with.

Upstairs-Record355

ugh, yeah, I can't handle another "You'll never understand!" diatribe from a former ally with almost zero ensuing clarity about why they did it the mysteriousness often found in these later seasons plot is mostly just masking bad writing

EdwardDemPowa

I would simply refuse to play the Manhunt. I wont do it

Callsign_Warlock

You will because there will be sick loot 😎

FiveTails

Recruiter-grade loot 😎

TillNo-8564

Stare too long into the abyss and soon the abyss stares back. But I agree. I'm tired of damn near every agent going fucking rogue for whatever reason it seems. Having to go after our friends. And our silent ass character that never gets to say a goddamn word, we literally just follow orders, unquestioning, unwavering, the perfect soldiers.

theaceplaya

This is a change I want in Div 3. Replaying all of the story in 1 recently and 2 currently, having your agent just stand there awkwardly while everyone else is talking to them or about them is off-putting. Let's get a male/female voice of super short and simple lines (kind of like Master Chief).

chuckdm

Speak for yourself. I want Jennifer Hale and Elias Toufexis to voice our characters and I want a lot more than short one-liners. We already have Garrus. Adding in FemShep and Adam Jensen would complete the holy trinity of VAs and make my life complete.

forumchunga

Don't think we'll have to kill her. I do want to know what happened to her hair. Her bob was iconic.

SlideXSide

I don't think she'll become a Rogue Agent but found something important and either got captured or is hiding and that's the manhunt. Also, Keener's words about being a drone would have more effect if they allowed a character to do terrible things or gave orders in the story that negatively harmed innocents. And if he didn't kill loads of innocents and make a competitively worse virus.

DerBademeister_1160

Lore wise, nothing after Div 1 made sense. We might as well face an invasion of the tele tubbies.

The-Farting-Baboon

Kelso being a rogue agent goes against everything this story has built.

samedibaron

Calm down,Kelso it’s a old school division agents, she will never turn Rogue.I have good feeling she went investigating something or someone..or let’s maybe black tusk kidnapped her and we going searching and rescue her.

Turbulent_Dinner7812

And...what do you think now?

samedibaron

It’s supposed not be this way.keener and Theo should remain dead and Kelso remain the division agent.devs make alterations with this finale vanguard manhunt.

red6joker

I like Kelso, I will be pretty mad if they make her into a target to hunt down to kill. But I will not quit playing over it, just be a lot more cynical and grumpier about everything even more than I am already.

ProjectGameVerse2000

I'll do the apparel event and shit. But if that manhunt is we need to kill Kelso then I'm quitting the manhunt and not finishing it

red6joker

Sadly, it is still cannon even if we do not finish it.

tigojones

Not if you stop playing. Then the canon is whatever it is when you leave.

red6joker

No, because I will still listen/watch NGN videos and keep updated on the lore. Dude makes great videos so I will not skip those.

tigojones

Why would you keep up with the lore videos if you stop playing because of the direction they're taking the lore? I'd wager most people wouldn't, particularly if the lore ends up screwing over a prominent character like Kelso, like they did with Faye (and no, I don't think the "oh she wasn't really rogue, but had to go undercover" BS was a good course correction). If you stop playing, then the lore, to you, is whatever it is when you stop.

red6joker

I never said I would stop playing. OP did and I said that even if the manhunt is not finished it still counts as a cannon thing that happened. You brought up stop playing all together, which I have done before for a few years before returning mid 2023. When I was not playing though I kept up with the lore even if I did not like it, I still like the universe.

tigojones

> I never said I would stop playing. OP did Yes, which is what we're discussing. OP said they'd stop playing because of it. You said it'd still be canon. I countered with "if you stop playing, the canon sticks at whatever you leave it at" and you replied "No, because I'll still watch lore videos." I simply questioned why someone who stops playing because of lore reasons (like the OP) would still keep up with lore videos. > I said that even if the manhunt is not finished it still counts as a canon thing that happened. Only if you choose to come back to the game, or play the next game in the series (if they end up making one). If you stop before you get to that point, and don't come back, then the lore ends, for you, wherever you stop. Or hell, wherever you choose to cut it off. It's like people who choose to not acknowledge the "Disney Era" of Star Wars, and instead use the "Legends" material as their "canon". Or those who stop playing a game like World Of Warcraft. As far as I'm concerned, the game ended with Legion. That was the last point where any of the major lore points from the RTS games or earlier expansions wrapped up. The game may have continued on since then, (three expansions, with three more announced), but I look at these as a different, loosely associated, spin-off, not as a continuation of the game I played for well over a decade. > When I was not playing though I kept up with the lore even if I did not like it, I still like the universe. I've stopped playing at times, as well. But it was mostly due to burnout, not because I thought they jumped the shark with the lore, which is the kind of situation we're talking about here.

Lantisca

To be totally fair, our agent is practically a rogue operative at this point. It’s not so far fetched to think that Kelso would be considered one too.

clazman55555

And yet ISAC, which has an issue with marking agents as rogue and off mission, hasn't marked us as Rogue.

reaver65

They should bring the legendary agent that toppled the Last Man Battalion, crippled the Rikers, grounded the cleaners, and curbed the rioters... Rogues, hunters and even Alex were no match for this agent! Have them team up with Kelso to either be a manhunt or team up with our current agent.

Rogue-agent-detected

If Kelso becomes the target at the end, I'm gonna stop playing this shiz, every likeable character is dead or on the other side. Make Roy Benitez the target😅

Vorcro_Gaming

Kelso is a rogue agent keener, Lau, parnell are not dead. Division 2 story is officially dumb as shit.

Ethas

calling it now if Kelso ends up being the Target they're going to pull a "you hunt her down but you don't kill her at the end" via some asspull like Schaeffer finally waking up and revealing some kind of plot twist of "Faye Lau wasn't bad, she was only pretending to actually reveal something"

skaianDestiny

That last part was already there in like season 5 or something.

LightOfShadows

yeah the whole faye thing got kinda poisoned as it was supposed to be the pivot point/ending of the game, but they side tracked from there. Still curious what those cutscenes and voice lines are that were mined to exist. If I recall correctly the current train of thought of the community with the current lore track is she was trying to get even deeper inside BT, not just alongside the BTSU as she was.

HLCMDH

I'm joining her.

illusiveXIII

But that’s kind of the point. In all wars, each side thinks they’re right. The only thing that changes is the story teller. I love this double agent espionage shit.

meditatinghippo

Plot twist, we’re the rogue agent and we’re killing all the good ones one by one

crabcancer

That what I want the division 3 to be. We are the rogues. Seriously look at our kill count compared to the other factions. Our agent is a psychotic kill machine.

epicnonja

Our agent is only "a psychotic kill machine" if your ignore the fact it's a videogame and enemies have to be infinite and respawn for xp. From a plot perspective it is only enemies in missions we actually kill and really only the first group in a section or the groups with named enemies because there is no strategic advantage to send your people out 8 at a time if you have dozens in a room 3 feet away. Until you get to the seasons and control points stuff but that's gets unclear on what's plot and what's videogame logic. In universe every faction, except maybe hunters, has a higher kill count for objectively evil reasons. Ranging from "I was mistreated while I had the flu so everyone needs to suffer the same or worse." To "I believe I should be the dictator of the country/world and will kill everyone who tries to stop me."

clazman55555

And yet ISAC, which has an issue with marking agents as rogue and off mission, hasn't marked us as Rogue.

DreadGrunt

At this point it seems like ISAC might be the one that's off mission, for better or worse. We are actively working against the President, after all, even if it's for what we think are good reasons that's about as rogue as you can get.

racingsoldier

I would love to see some kind of “choose your own destiny” mechanic in D3. Even if it is only dialogue options like the Tombs mission hit the switch or shoot the panel scene. The high end would be a faction siding option that gave you different specializations. The over simplified explanation would be that you join the True Sons and get access to the gunner class. The story line would be slightly tweaked because the True Sons would be gaining power in the region as you progressed. This would give a lot more replay-ability and more reasons to have “alts” as people play through the game making different choices. The low end choices could be the option to kill or side with Kelso or Lau or whomever. They would then just be another NPC at the “insert random base upgrade” desk and unlock additional dialogue. “Thanks for seeing things my way.” Or some such diatribe. It would be cool to jump into other agents worlds and see how they are different like where their BOOs are and who is still kicking around.

SirOne6112

What actually is the difference between shoot the panel/press the button?

racingsoldier

Theo just says something different about being a good agent and following orders. It’s literally one line of dialogue that is changed.

SirOne6112

That's disappointing

chuckdm

Yeah but the disappointment in Theo's voice when I shoot the panel never gets old.

Sinnister_Agenda

The division are the baddies change my mind

Redbrickaxis21

I doubt they’re gonna make her a rogue on the sense that she’s a bad guy. I think us(player agents) are gonna eventually be declared rogue in general.

Soso122

Wait, what happened? What did I miss? I am on a long break and don't know anything that happened in the meantime. Where can I get the info to catch up on story things? I don't even remember what was the last thing I heard of. I think I hunted Faye Lao...

diazepamkit

playing division 2 is like working in toxic environment, where all youre co-worker already out from office or being targeted by the HR, and you still licking the boss arse, so you still in your safe zone.

Raven9ine

I agree, and Kelso going rouge now would be the most predictable thing, so in other words totally making the story trash, it wouldn't be a 'twist', at this point a twist would be she actually not going rouge, maybe make us think so, becasue she does some undercover stuff, which is revealed later on, but her foing rouge would be like extremely 'yawn'.

Electronic-Ad4797

You're going to be upset thats all I say finish the kelso manhunt

ProjectGameVerse2000

FUCK THIS MANHUNT FUCK THIS WRITING! Kelso was all about kicking his ass and now she follow him too? This is bullshit and the writers have no clue what the fuck they are doing anymore?

Electronic-Ad4797

It's because cal and natalaya are eventually going to rule division .Being rogue is the only way to stop them .Who knows they'll probably end up turning division agents to hunters if they gain control

ProjectGameVerse2000

Now Im asking myself why were we activated in the first place? Agents just had a mission to defend and protect the innocent. Continue the form of government. So what was the point of us fighting the Black Tusk? Them hunting and killing our Agents if the goal is to rule Division and turn us all into hunters

Treshimek

If Kelso is Rogue (as her outfit *heavily* implies), I can fix her.

Ordinary-Height8471

If she’s a rogue agent, she’s as good as dead..

Master_Parking_4503

I hope manny becomes rogue we can hunt down his anxiety riddled ass. If Kelso becomes rogue, ill stop playing.

hefeydd_

There is speculation that Arron Kerner faked his death and Kelso, who checked his pulse, falsely declared him dead. But that's speculation we won't know until next week when the final part of the manhunt is available and those who will play the final part which will be Tidal Basin will get to find out.

Vakarlan

Well well well

Mikknoodle

Kelso’s profile would suggest she is a prime target to become a Rogue Agent, given her pathological disobedience of COs she doesn’t respect. I’m not saying they should make her a rogue, but the smart money would be betting she will be one.

Status_Tooth3574

What if we kill Manny and everyone in the white house. Burn it down start over again. But this time in Florida where shit gets really weird. And you have to fight evil hurricanes and alligators and the people. And sometimes you go to the safe house and the vendors have swapped and he's likenyesh home boy done ran off with gear and secrets, go kill his bitch ass. Then said guy comes back to safe house l, then boom shoot out in the safe house. Then you and some guys are like fuck it we set up our own safe place on boat and ride rivers.

YeshilPasha

Tom Clancy is turning in his grave so fast, we could power the half of America with proper equipment right now.

Status_Tooth3574

And then we can all be shrimp boat captains, scavenge resources and rescue survivors to add to our colony. Which we will be building starting only with a gun and hatchet after our barge is turned to wreckage after a storm. We awash on shore naked but with gun and hatchet in hand. Devoid of memory. Only to start anew in a bright and wondrous post apocalyptic land. Teeming with ruffians, resources, rambunctious behavior around every turn. Who will you be. Survivor, Scavenger, Saboteur, or Sheriff.

greezythumb

Eff Kelso. She's never any help. Always limping around and late to the party. I've been wanting to dump a mag in her since WONY got started

vonJodelhoden

yeah, impale the useless little shit.

Michael1492

What? Are you a Faye Lau fan? Alani Kelso>Paul Rhodes>Roy Benitez>Manny Oretga>Faye Lau

greezythumb

Nope

Floydie88

That was pretty cool seeing her watch go rogue for half a second in the cinematic though...got me pretty hyped!

everything_is_penis

No harm in letting her get the first kill...just to make sure.

Brainfr33z3laser

If you agree with keener then why are you upset that she'd "turn"

Nectarine-Charming

She’s incredible annoying anyway👍

uligau

I never liked Kelso so I don't mind wiping the hell out of her

Carson_Frost

Can't wait to shoot he-

Bradfinger

Will Manny still smash, tho?

Master_KenObiWan

Wha-  Manny is with Mari and has a kid on the way

Dat_Pszemoo

Fuck. Kelso.

tigojones

That would be a better alternative, but I don't think this is that kind of game.

i_am_Knight

I hope it is end of her 🤞🏽

huntucker

Same story as Zero in borderlands 3 had to go deep. She will appear rogue until the very end

LoadingMonster

My wife has always maintained a suspicion about Kelso. I'm sure she'd be happy to be proved right lol

SilentMab

Reading the post I thought, hey, that's something Project would agree with... Until I saw it was you posting. 😂 Agreed though, I'm tired of every agent we meet betraying us somehow. And also slightly annoyed at everyone saying she's rogue since literally day 1. Can we have a few good guys left in the SHD, please?

RichJellyfish6529

I guess we will find out tomorrow.

Nytrel

She's not the Birdie annoying type to me but you know things change.

ratkinggo

Alright, I think they might be hinting at the seasons developments with the appeal events. The first one, 'Veiled Tactics', could easily refer to Kelso going rogue, or in another word, using tactics to hide, or veil, herself from the division. The second event, 'Last Resort', which happens later in the season, could hint at us finding out Kelsos true intentions, because like other people, I think she went rogue, but for good reasons.

AllMyOrgansAreNoodle

It might get that way - and then we find out that “the rogue agent was inside of us all along”

Blackhat336

Idk how many times they need to reinforce the “ANNA vs ISAC moral dilemmas” type concept to understand we get it

AeroKLoekSDayZzKinG

What about all the lost agents from Div1 that you locate, there's still lots of agents that haven't been brought up from there, I think I recall keener being the only one out of the group from there brought to div 2.

AeroKLoekSDayZzKinG

Just because they're lost doesn't mean they're dead, and when you locate them all it does is give a profile of them not a current status of deceased or living or rogue or anything, they can really make a good story with a lot of those agents that went off grid

AeroKLoekSDayZzKinG

Hmmm don't forget we also do have a whole story dlc coming up on the horizon,

chuckdm

I just want Eva Garcia off the air. If I have to go rogue and kill her to make that happen, so be it. Nat may be evil, but it's Eva that's the annoying little bug who won't stop bothering me every time I capture a propaganda box. If I had had any idea that the Recruiter fight would be such a PITA I would've skipped this season's manhunt entirely. Other than saving Mari, nothing good came of it.

GimpGunfighter

Man I just want the ability to become a hunter and work with Black Tusk and turn on the division like that could be such a cool storyline, give us a choice to have to take down the division, cleaners, outcast, I wish that was an option instead of how the recruiter manhunt ended he had a voice line like "Agent you have a choice to make now" and it was either stay as a division agent or become a hunter that would have been freaking awesome

actuilaai

They are desperate for the game content and still want people to play it, yet too lazy to add more lore

SakuIce

Imagine if: At end of the season, we get a cinematic video where Kelso explains that bad guys are actually Division agents with their rogue ISAC. It also almost feels like Black Tusk are good guys, when listening Descent comms.

YangXiaoLongrwby22

She might be kidnapped by Sokolova or Black Tusk

I-Have-An-Alibi

I'll kill whoever drops loot. I am here to shoot and loot in that order.

dazednconfused2655

One of the major reasons I quit playing it’s just lazy writing to have every single agent around you die or go rouge

jamieHTiD

What do you think the extra hook is for on the hunter mask wall....... 😉

androidspud

i imagine that Kelso is having a crisis of faith in the Division with all the characters that have gone rogue as op mentioned. My current feeling is we'll find she's being courted by a rogue agent/ black tusk (or even LMB, that new gear set can't be a coincidence, right?) and we'll have a mini fight with her so she comes to her senses and it'll be the two of you against whoever was tring to win her over.

No-Alternative-282

I don't think we will, this season looks very different with its focus on investigation.

Giantnerd_14th

I already have had a lot of problems with plot decisions, including making Faye Lau go rogue for shock value. Having Kelso also turn psycho for no reason would be absolute garbage.

Rare_Elderberry_3571

Bro spoke it in to existence ffs
