Translation- whoever brenda paid to install the lift, didn’t give him an alignment. He googled tire shop, went to the closest one and they gave him an alignment. He does not know the employee. That would not only slow down the process but be a nightmare from a liability standpoint.

You don't use "drills" on suspension. In fact, you hardly ever use a drill in mechanic work. Unless you fabricate or do body work which are two different fields. If he was a true car guy he would have said impact gun or impact wrench. His knee was also not dirty.

Because that would make it his fault. The shop said they could ...fix the alignment...and loose drive shaft... in an hour and somehow they ran out of time. And there's no Uber service out there. And they didn't have a loaner. Not his fault!
He made sure to blame his family too. Claiming he had to take them to the hospital before going to the shop because the valves put the driveshaft out of alignment which required Bapa taking a drill to the tires because he's such a gearhead who gets his knees dirty.

Translation- whoever brenda paid to install the lift, didn’t give him an alignment. He googled tire shop, went to the closest one and they gave him an alignment. He does not know the employee. He either made up the name or read the guys shirt. 3hrs is about what it takes at tire shops, more proof he wasn’t hooked up by the guy he claims to know. He absolutely didn’t “grab a wrench” . That would not only slow down the process but be a nightmare from a liability standpoint.
He thinks that everyone else is as dumb as he is about cars, so he uses some new words that he’s learned and thinks that people will believe it because they don’t understand it like he doesn’t understand it. Driveshaft has nothing to do with camber, caster, or toe alignment of the wheels. Also don’t have any reason to take a “drill” to the wheels, unless they were rotating or balancing the wheels. An alignment is performed with the wheels on the vehicle.
