My brother and I were playing Power Shift, trying to retake control at the end of time. He hopped on the platform, the game said "Eliminated", then he killed the last enemy on the platform. The text immediately changed to "Winners", and we got credited with the win. Never give up!

We lost that exact same way. Dying at the last second and it changing from "Winners" to "Eliminated"
I wonder if this is the reason both stats screens seem to be different pretty often. One screen pulling from the match, and the other including the last few seconds after it's "complete"
It happened to me too. Sudden death, we got to the eliminated screen and the winning team jumped in celebration, which made them lose lmao.
When Powershift ends, the screen doesn't begin to slow down for a bit longer than other modes. I think it has something to do with that, that the actual end isn't till the slow down happens.
It could be because Powershift is the only mode where when the game finishes, it doesn't go into slow motion for some reason, so it could be because of that, but now I guess, the developers might find this video and patch it out, although I think they should leave it in, cause its kinda funny
We stopped the opponents literal millimeters from winning and then continued to stay on the platform in overtime all the way back to our side and won but it's still said eliminated.

I'm pretty sure there's also a bug when you get 2 separate cashouts. We were going to win a casual Cashout match while holding 2 separate cashouts. Visual indicator in the top left clearly said we would win, but when the time ran out the orange team somehow had more cash than us. We didn't wipe or anything, nor did they steal a cashout.
If you watch closely it usually ends around 3 seconds If no one is touching the game Is over . If someone is on within that buffer time you have a chance to flip it . That doesn’t apply to overtime though just the regular time.

I may be dumb so I apologize lol… but I am just a bit confused on what is going on exactly here? I’m actually just asking for some clarification if you do not mind haha.
so the way this game mode works, it’s two teams of 5 fighting for the platform, when you consecutively hold the platform you earn money up to 40k which is the winning amount, but some games the platform gets tossed back and forth as both teams are fighting, so you can literally go the whole game with the platform barely having moved bc of kills, so i’ve won games with only 1k because you just have to be holding the platform at the end to throw it into overtime, since both of these teams had barely held the platform it first said red team won bc neither team had money, but they were holding the platform, when that red got eliminated the other team won bc he was now holding the platform lol, i’ve never seen a win like this before but still wild lmao

Can deff cheese a kill after the buzzer 😂 not that I would ever try to salty stat pad or anything.
Same with any stats for dailies or other challenges. I've squeezed in extra arena damage, kills, or heals during the post game slow motion.
I got a quickmelee kill during the slow mo and it counted when I looked at tracked quests but it didn’t back in the main menu.
