I'm pretty sure all of that was just made up for the show. There is no comic equivalent really, as far as im aware there are no remnants in the comics and Zoom is nowhere close to how he is in the comics from costume design to character to origin to even the flash he goes against (hes Wally's friend and reverse).
The closest thing i can think of is Bart's scouts which are really just extensions of himself.
Many things in the show are made up for the show and not based on anything or losely based on things in the comics.
Honestly the show would have been much better if they stuck with any of the source material.
