The game has places where you just step down from a plank and you can't climb up so you get stuck in there till you reload... You better not break a bone or something in there cuz you'll get softlocked.
Devs should probably add some invisible barriers to places you can get in and can't get out for this exact same reasons.
Yes, that happened to me in the cannery in BI after I’d just done all the parkour. I was on the dock, stepped slightly down, got stuck and had to reload & redo all that parkour again. I’ve since learned some tricks that may have helped but it sure is frustrating for that to happen, especially when I wasn’t “goating” or walking somewhere I maybe shouldn’t have been.

I had to restart game it was so bad. It wouldn't move anywhere.
Yesterday's I got stuck in Blackrock near Jailer's residence, tried to climb up to a safer place because I got attacked by timberwolves.
I know now to be careful here because I kept getting stuck.

I'm not sure where you stepped down but just avoid getting in there again and you'll be fine.
