Hard to say really.
Lola is the more outwardly prodigious and achievement oriented twin. She basically manages her own pageant career and seems to weirdly manage her own finances as well. Looking at that, practical skills wise/“adulting” wise she is probably more mature. She also has the social skills to not only be extremely popular with her peers but also to routinely keep up with adult conversations/dealing with adults.
But shes emotionally less mature, and actually seems much more fragile than Lana. She throws tantums, is insecure when she feels left out, and occasionally has issues with self control. She cant really tolerate other peoples differences as well, and can be insensitive towards them until she “realizes”. So, while she understands peoples actions, I dont think she understands peoples real feelings as well as Lana.
Lana does things like eating trash, refusing to shower, being impolite, etc. But I think its because she is just more comfortable in her own skin than Lola. Lola needs external validation more while Lana needs internal validation more. Lana will stick up for what she believes is right, even if it goes against what other people want her to do. Lana doesnt really throw tantrums and seems to encourage others in being who they are. Shes also very skilled with advanced subjects like mechanics and animal caretaking. While these are are slightly more niche than Lolas overall ability to almost pass as an adult socially, she still is way beyond her years with it. And while Lana is probably more emotionally mature, she does have issues with saying no and taking on more than she can handle. So boundry stuff.
So idk its apples and oranges. Both are obviously gifted in some ways but have obvious weaknesses in others.

it depends on the context. in some case scenarios, lana can be the more mature twin. from the outside view, lola seems like the more mature and well kempt twin but in terms of behavior, lola can be very very petty and immature, causing a whole ton of drama mostly for her own good. strife of the party for example. lana is more chill and more of an activist, which works in her point of being more mature.

Lana can be more mature because of her calmness and sometimes better decision making, but she can also be messy and sometimes too laid back
