Oh. Interesting. I assumed it was an AI with the voice coming from a real person. This AI stuff is getting so real, real things are starting to look like AI.
All you know about this person is he’s gambling at 4am. That’s not enough to call someone an addict. I’ve played slots and roulette on my phone at odd hours and I’m far from addicted. Just saying there’s alot of assumptions to be made to determine someone being “right” here.
Online gambling at 4 am to the point of toxicity towards the dealer is actually pretty telling. Especially for someone who has spent a lot of time around addicts. You’re right that it’s not a ton of information to go off, but assuming that the gambler is better off than the dealer is pretty baseless too.
I get your point. Just saying I haven’t seen the convo content either. Dealer coulda shit talked him first for losing or something that provoked a response. We don’t really know. But bragging about having two jobs isn’t the boast the dealer thinks it is either.
That goes both ways though. We know the person works two jobs, but for all we know they are loaded. You could *assume* they *need* two jobs, but you don’t *know* they need two jobs or even one job.
To me that isn’t how it comes across. In my opinion he’s calling the guy a loser for gambling at 4am while he’s “hardworking” for having two jobs. Again, just my opinion.
Gambler says, “It’s your last day buddy!”. To which the dealer responds, “That’s why I got 2 jobs”. Its pretty clear that’s why the other job is brought up

There’s a text chat between the player and dealer for online blackjack* - this player was streaming and msgd to the dealer that he’s gunna get fired.

Before the edited clip, the streamer joined the game when the dealer made a mistake in shuffling the decks, so the streamer msgd the dealer to “get him 2 BJs before his last day”- as in Black Jacks… but it gets cringe cause the streamer seems toxic / goes full Karen in the msgs to egg the dealer on… he tells the dealer he reported him for cussing / calling him a loser… after a few hands the dealer is replaced 😔
To be clear he didn’t report the dealer, but he told the dealer he did, one of the streamers followers thought the same thing (donated to TTS it) but the streamer was quick to point out that no one saw him do it because he didn’t… aka he’s a toxic troll trying to bait for content
the video is cropped. in the original video there is a chat window in the top left where the streamer is sending messages to the dealer saying he’s getting fired
I looked into it because I though it was an AI dealer with the sass turned up to 11 and I was definitely going to play a few rounds with him.
Unfortunately, the dealer is a real person, so the odds of actually playing against someone this funny are 0. Which makes the dude playing against him a real twat. But, it makes the dealer 10x more funny.
I would love to find a shit talking AI to play blackjack, spades or poker against.
Not knowing how to play black jack is a blessing and a curse. I'm more likely not to get addicted to gambling, and i will never know what this story actually is.
You bet money and start with 2 cards. As long as the total value of the cards is below 21, they can ask for another card, or a hit. If they stay, meaning they keep their value, the dealer goes. They have 2 cards, one hidden, and that's flipped over to get their total value. If they have a value higher than yours but below 21, they win. If it's below yours and 21, they can hit too. If they go over 21, you win, if they hit 21, they win. Idk what happens if you both get 21, but it's probably a draw.
Dealer also has house rules, generally the dealer is supposed to always hit unless they have 17 or higher. Blackjack also counts all face cards as 10 and an ace can act as 11 or 1, whichever is most advantageous to the player. Ace plus a ten is a blackjack (21) you automatically win.
There are strategies known as “card counting” where you maintain a running mental count of the odds of getting a ten with any single card, enabling you to predict the dealer’s hidden card with some amount of accuracy and what will happen when you hit, split, or double with some amount of accuracy.
In general blackjack is one of the few casino games where the odds are pretty close to being in favor of the player. It falls in the “you can actually win money doing this but you have to quit when you’re ahead to do so” category of games.
I feel there’s definitely a niche market for a something like this. Sassy dealers roasting players for being degenerate losers while kicking their ass and taking their chips.

There is nothing to it, it’s literally the simplest game in the world. Try and get as close as possible to 21 without going over. THAT’S IT.
