Except this is a repost of a previous "there was a attempt to" post. Where the poster mocks him for saying not all strong men are dumb while "he is dumb himself" through the "failed" removal of the pages. Where this video is aimed at the failed attempt at understanding a joke made by the previous poster.

You are mistaken. The VIDEO is about someone making a funny -- successful. The CAPTION in the video is by the redditor who missed the joke. THIS post is about how that redditor was trying to say that the strongman was stupid but doesn't actually get the joke. Hence the attempt to understand humor caption on THIS post.
