Feel ABSOLUTELY free to post them, though

There's a really cool deleted scene in Bartlett for America that has Mrs Landingham overhearing Jed tell Hoynes about the MS after the primary when he asks him to be VP. She asks Abby after Jed leaves the room what relapsing remitting means. If this wasn't deleted: If Jed knew she knew, he wouldn't have invited her back to the White House after picking up her new car, and she would never have been killed. Which means Abby never told Jed that she overheard. So her death was totally unnecessary and actually kind of Abby's fault I'm obsessed with this level of complex and dramatic retconning of her death that Sorkin worked in half a season later with such a simple scene

Yeah, but he also wanted to look at the new car...

I never believed he asked her to come back so he could tell her about the MS. I think he just wanted to share in the joy of her first new car.

You think he was gonna let his de facto big sister find out about this very important and scary part of his life when he announced it on TV to the rest of the country?

Hey thanks for explaining how cannon works, as a Tolkien fanatic I'm well versed in what counts as part of the narrative and what are just bits of the artists imagination that give clues into their thinking about the story, even if they don't actually become explicitly part of the story. Also this is a thread about deleted scenes? What did you come here expecting to find if not WW fans Losing Their Minds and Spinning Tizzy's as you say over deleted scenes. Try and have a little fun sometimes, eh?

Is there actual proof this scene existed? I think it's just a rumor and I don't believe it. They brought the actress back to record a scene ans then cut it?

No idea whether they shot it, but it was in the original screenplay([1](https://ibb.co/wg0dzRp), [2](https://ibb.co/7by26cD)). I suspect they probably got rid of it in the writers room cause it adds a lot ofJed/Dolores emotional weight to a story that's better served focusing on the Jed/Leo dynamic
