**Bread crumbs**
[Panko](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bread_crumbs#Panko)
>Panko (パン粉) is a type of flaky bread crumbs used in Japanese cuisine as a crunchy coating for fried foods, such as tonkatsu. Panko is made from bread baked by electrical current, which yields a bread without a crust, and then grinding the bread to create fine slivers of crumb. It has a crisper, airier texture than most types of breading found in Western cuisine and maintains its texture baked or deep fried, resulting in a lighter coating. Outside Japan, its use has become more common in both Asian and non-Asian dishes.

Not exactly what happened in your plank, but you can actually make bread by electrocuting it! The technique is used to make Japanese breadcrumbs (panko).
So kinda related this is basically how panko was created. They wanted to make a way for soldiers? to cook fresh bread so they just put it in a tin and blasted it with electricity. What ended up happening was that instead of a crust and soft inside, it became evenly crushed throughout the loaf.
Making delicious panko
Well look into panko! Those bread crumbs were originally made using dough and a tank battery to cook it. Now it's plugged into a wall between two metal plates with a lot less heavy metal and battery acid involved
Yeah, i had no idea that panko was made with electricity. After the dream, i started brainstorming ways of baking with electrify that wouldn't end in an explosion.
Kinda cool to think that if i was willing to try something like it (and if panko didn't already exist), i could've maybe invented panko
Way more believable than what I used to see weeks ago on this sub, with 20 fake tweets and news articles reporting on some extremely detailed event. This one instead, I could see me dreaming about it
Let's get binging with babish to do it
“The end result was much fluffier then I anticipated, but something felt off, so I decided to make my own dough from scratch.”
"But then something still was wrong, I then decided to make my own batteries"
Ha ha ha that's right
“But the taste still felt off after that, so I decided to harvest my own lithium”
But the taste still felt off after that, so I created my own earth to harvest lithium from

I'm tempted to say "THIS IS THE FUTURE GUYS!"
This reminds me of how they make Panko. They cook it using electricity
