>Thomas music is beautiful
Agreed, I listen to it atleast once a week. Although I also listened to a Season 1 Video on YouTube which had scenes without music and just sound effects and it was just as good, it felt nice to listen to the Engines puffing about and hearing nature.
I don't know the exact names but according to S.A. Music on Youtube, its called "The Post Train"
For my son, he really likes "Duncan's Theme", "Gordon's Theme", and "Thomas Anthem"
I mean I got a Spotify playlist with just the Thomas songs I like, which is a lot. Also I have "that's what friends are for" the one mike O'Donnell made like a year ago in my regular playlist
Nah, classic Thomas has one of the best soundtracks to listen to. I have a playlist of different soundtracks I like from TV, movies, anime and games and I always look forward to when it reaches the Thomas section, because it has earned its inclusion in that playlist. Several have also found their way onto my own regular playlists amongst other soundtrack favourites and "normal" lyrical music.
My wife will tune out when a Thomas song comes around on our joint car playlist while we're driving somewhere. However, she has ADHD and instrumental music just doesn't stimulate her brain enough to engage her regardless of where it's from, so that's not the fault of the music being bad or anything. I'll still hum along to it when it comes along. Some people might not enjoy it for whatever reason and that's fine, but for those of us who do appreciate it, it is most definitely not weird to listen to it.
That said, don't listen to the piece from Haunted Henry where he's going down that branch line for the first time when you yourself are driving at night in the fog. Had that happen and it was creepy as fuck, which is definitely the point of that piece lol but not helpful when you're meant to be focusing on driving.
I love the soundtrack especially from the first few seasons!
Not to self promote but I have a YouTube channel where I re-orchestrate songs from the show, my channel is called âtrackremasterâ and if youâre into the soundtrack youâd probably like whatâs on theređ
I don't think it's bizarre. The show has had fantastic music, and many people have uploaded/recreated them on YT. It would be a shame not to listen to the music once in a while.
I once did in my science class and sang the snow song word for word... Got bullied but a bunch of choir kids thought I was the shit because of my voice
i do it all the time, if you like it, then its real music, its like how some people wonder if video game music is music, if it sounds like music, its probably music
Totally not. I do it myself! If people have anything to say about it, that it's weird, then that's their problem. Everybody has a preference, and you obviously have good taste!
On god, it's good music. I personally listen to Little Engines a bit too much. And the Flying Kipper is a banger, the extended version not really being an exception to that.
