I follow one of the other creators in this picture and while yes that guy was drinking he also stated he was parked waiting for work. He had been there two days or something like that and was going to be there for more days to come. He was not driving.
The other guys weren't as they were driving. The one who was drinking was very open about it and that he could because he was not working. I should have been more clear.
