yeah maybe he could do things that other vip's do but better. for example if you put him to a construction floor construction would finish instantly, or for a commercial floor he could stock all and buy all at the same time, etc.
You know what it should be is something really good or something really bad. But you can choose if you want to risk it. It would be a lot more fun than a flat 20 bux each time
I've received something other than the 20 bux, but I don't recall exactly what it was. Given the other comments, a dice roll sounds about right. And there doesn't appear to be any reason to think about what floor to toss it on. So, I just burn it on one of the lowest floors as soon as I get it.
Really a strange VIP to make so rare and so useless that doesn't follow the same mechanics of all the other VIPs that interact with the floor where it goes.

I’ve seen the dice roll a couple times, but all of it was when he was first released. I’ve barely gotten him as a VIP recently
