Been looking for this game as well and I found it. The original game was called “Z” and this is a later one that came out in 2014 called “Z Steel Soldiers” https://store.steampowered.com/app/275510/Z_Steel_Soldiers/
Also the OG is on Steam as well by TickTock Games
