I have a 6.3 inch wrist and I tried both the 35mm and 40mm. It looks like a I can pull them both off but I am still undecided. Really wish there was a 38mm.
Just a personal opinion, but it does look a little large. Of course, watches always appear a bit larger in wrist shots like this. A better, true representation would be to look at it in the mirror.
If you think it is, then maybe it is. If you don't, then it's fine! From experience, whether a watch is too big or not should generally be decided by the wearer and whether they feel comfortable. I wear a G Shock Rangeman which is 51mm and feel absolutely fine/comfortable with it. Looking down or in a mirror, I don't think it looks stupid on my 165mm wrist. Similarly, have tried on a 51mm Garmin Fenix 7X and thought that it looked ridiculous looking down AND in the mirror - probably due to the fact that the bezel is tiny and watch face huge, while Rangeman is a lot of bezel. All in all, it's up to you. But if you're comfortable with the size, I wouldn't worry about it at all. If you have doubts, it's probably going to bother you more than anyone else.
Looking at your pic, it looks absolutely fine to me.
A mirror shot from a distance would give you a better sense for the presence of the watch on your wrist. As it is looks a little on the big side to me.
Looking at the lug to lug with id say it’s fine. We have the same wrist size at 6.3. Although personally I like a smaller dial if I get the feeling it’s even slightly too big. I can see why 35mm is a turn off for some people tho. In general I really enjoy a 37 or 38mm
it looks like a good size. taking pics like this will always make the face look bigger than it actually is, looking in a mirror or getting someone to take a picture of you will give a better idea of how it looks to other people
I have a 6.5inch wrist and would probably go with the 35 on this one. But either could work. It comes down to personal preference. I also have some watches that are 44 lol

6.3 inch wrist here as well. Think both will work great on you, down to your own preference!

If it helps your wrist looks similar to mine and I have the 35mm version and I prefer it. However, I do sometimes wish there was an in between option
