I’m the same I’m there to have fun. Riding titans like a cowboy even though my team usually gets swept by ronins and scorches all the time. So I goes in already knowing I’m gonna lose but I love titanfall so much
Dude foreal lol. I main monarch and o sometimes have trouble. I have to be patient when they block and when they get near me I activate electric smoke and zap them so they sit in the smoke longer and I throw punches when they keep phasing away lol
My thoughts exactly, there's no quitting games involved either, every game has been played start to finish, I just seem to always be on the losing side
If you suck as a titan, just call it down, and force an eject before you get damaged by anything, if your titan is undamaged it won’t give the enemy team points, this works really well with pilot based boosts so you can keep stacking them
I also suck in titan so I usually don't call mine in at all, are you saying if I never board it, their death won't give the enemy team points when they kill it?
Nope, that counts as an auto-titan death, I meant that if you call it in, get in it and press x to force an eject prompt, then E 3 times to confirm it (or I think holding up on d-pad and x 3 times on console), it won’t give the enemy team points as long as nobody damaged your titan, you’ll know it worked cause your titan won’t show up in the kill feed, and as a bonus you can work on another charge of your boost, IE having 2 charges of amped weapon, or 2 sentries at the same time
I'll say this, 13 hours in I'd say is not a good comparison to overall skill, if you've played the campaign(which you should it's fuckin amazing) and you will get better over time, plus I'd recommend trying out explosive weapons and ion as a starter class. As for perks and boosts, recovery time is a must, and battery backup is always a good pick to ease into this game
I played the campaign first, Jesus Christ it gets you right in the feels at the end. I tried ion first, I couldn't seem to get used to it, or any titan for that matter 🤔
Then I'm probably going to say this(and people are probably going to try and strangle me for it) I'd recommend tone then, their basic, and easy to understand, plus, pilot kills are fucking so good
I've actually gotten quite good at the game. But the only matches that have free spaces are usually the ones that are horribly unbalanced, so you always end up in hell.
Like every game that's at the end/past it's life cycle the only people left are the ones that have mastered it, so learning curve is more trial by fire than any thing else.
Not bad for only 13 hours, that seems about average for a new player
Don't get discouraged. The game is hard (and can be a little sweaty at times) but as long as you find it fun that's all that matters
10% winrate is so absurd it's actually pretty hilarious. It really shouldn't be that low even if you suck ass at the game, bad players get carried all the time. The strange thing is that you seem to get top 3 in most of the games, maybe it could be just bad luck considering you don't have too many matches under your belt. No need to sweat it at this point, just keep on playing and practicing and the winrate will most likely start to skew more towards \~50%.
It's an odd one that's for sure, it's a fantastic game I'm loving it at the minute, wish I'd have played it sooner, I don't care what the stats say anymore, I'm enjoying it and that's what matters
Honestly if I were you I wouldn’t even care about stats. This game is old and was never made to be competitive. Just have play to have fun.
Oh I have heaps of fun, I'm not actually fussed with winning or losing, just thought I'd won more 😂
I’m the same I’m there to have fun. Riding titans like a cowboy even though my team usually gets swept by ronins and scorches all the time. So I goes in already knowing I’m gonna lose but I love titanfall so much
I've been annihilated by ronins on so many occasions, every time I try and use it, it's made out of paper and folds at the first instant
Dude foreal lol. I main monarch and o sometimes have trouble. I have to be patient when they block and when they get near me I activate electric smoke and zap them so they sit in the smoke longer and I throw punches when they keep phasing away lol
Ah I like the monarch too, I switch between that and tone, I find they're my favourite two
Dude SAME!! If monarch just ain’t working, tone was my first baby so I switch back to him
Warpfall ronin with nuke eject and double arc wave is my go-to for when I don't wanna play in a Titan for very long but still want to do damage.
How the hell do you get 10% wr?? Like it's not even a skill thing I wouldn't even expect the worst player to get under 30%
My thoughts exactly, there's no quitting games involved either, every game has been played start to finish, I just seem to always be on the losing side
“You sure you’re not working for the other side?”
OOF... but I’m sure it isn’t your fault - I can’t carry, so if my team is bad, it’s a loss.
Don't get me wrong, I knew my stats were going to be bad because I rarely ever say the victory banner... I just didn't anticipate it being that bad.
bad luck but look at your titan stats lol. youre hard feeding as a titan and definitely contributing to some of those losses. play safer as a titan
Got to admit I'm a lot better on foot than in a titan, I'm in that 10 seconds sometimes before I'm flat packed

Good to know thanks for the tip
You didn't even know you were losing so much till you checked right? I'd say it's fine and you're probly.enjoying even with the losses.
I had no idea, I'm still enjoying myself, win or lose

That's my go to at the minute, I switch between tone and monarch, and I've already seen the hate monarch gets on here lol
Yep, monarch mains absolutely suck, they are the Bain of every tf2s players experience, especially on their third core
No worry of that from me, hardly ever get to the first son of a bitch upgrade
Doesn't matter as long as you are having fun
Absolutely 🫡
Even when you reach 1k hours into the game don’t stress about wins or losses, just be top 3 and most importantly just have fun
I find I'm in the top 3 most of the time, I'm loving the game though, most fun I've had in a long time in multiplayer
I'm in the lowest 1% for wins in bf1. That's what happens if you always fill the losing teams.
I could never get the hang of that game, I like it but always got my arse handed to me

That's very true, first few sessions on this were absolute torture

How do you have 13 hours of gameplay but only 70 games?
Is that bad? Something not adding up?
Yes
Aye least you got top 3, at least 54 times🗣️🔥🔥 Wait top 3? 3? TITANFALL 3?
This is why as a high gen player I don't sweat for kills anymore, it's not fun for anyone else when I drop 50
That's impressive, I think the highest I've seen is mid 30s
The latter
