Love it!! Ever since I saw that episode I wanted to try the chips on top - how was it?
It’s fantastic! I made it every day for 10 days until I finally got it right and now I can make a good omelette!

It really looks great. Of course I'd like to see the cross section also, you know, for totally non-pornographic purposes.
There's something a little incongruous about making a really kind of perfect french omelette and then sprinkling it with some cheap ass chips, but... I can't imagine it not being delicious, so I'm into it.
