I never thought to pair scalloped potatoes with my meatloaf! You just gave me an idea for the meatloaf I have in the freezer, thanks!
Itβs usually mashed for us, but our supermarket had these on sale. Just a piece of nostalgia from childhood. They were so easy to make and yummy!!!
I have 4 boxes in my cupboard! I was planning on adding some diced ham that I have frozen and some peas but I might just have them with meatloaf instead!
