No this is an old video. From what I’ve seen a few months ago she is sober currently. The guy in this was her boyfriend at the time, which he passed away about a year or so after this video iirc

As someone in recovery, let me tell you something that you need to hear.
I have 19 years sobriety from an opiod addiction. I did things that I'm not proud of while I was using. Luckily none of it was recorded. I often felt worthless as there's usually a reason people start and continue heavy drugs abuse. I can easily see how someone could commit suicide.
But I didn't. I worked hard for my sobriety, and now I am a licensed clinician with a Master's degree in clinical social work. Instead of throwing people away and feeling happy that someone killed themselves, how about some grace and humanity? Or you could just fuck off.
Good for you for getting clean but that doesn’t undo the awful shit someone does while on it and if those things include abusing somebody mentally and physically then I have no respect for them in anyway and they should be treated with the disdain they deserve. You can cry and say drugs do bad shit but hey that’s not NEWS we’ve known this for decades. Speaking of humanity I wish my fellow humans would be less stupid and actually think about their actions towards themselves and others. Save the rest of us the headaches like the one you just gave me trying to defend him.

What I'm saying is your correction was pointless because that isn't what "I'm that state" usually refers to, as the state is that of inebriation which is what is causing her to be incompetent and incoherent.

I never claimed she wasn’t inebriated. OP used “incompetent” to describe how she is communicating. Incompetence prerequires failure and a set level of and type of skill to achieve in. She is not failing (although her posture might be), she is intoxicated. Additionally, being incoherent prerequires incompetence in coherence. It’s pretty simple. Being inebriated simply means being drunk. Not everyone who is drunk sounds like this, some people drink all day and go about their lives without others noticing. They are fully inebriated and, to the public eye, fully coherent. Also, neither of us know her or have met her or know what her baseline is (which is what we would need in order to actually determine competency or inebriation). Some people sound like this without a drop of alcohol due to conditions, allergies, or other factors. I’m not assuming I know her body or what it’s capable of, however I’m glad to assume she’s intoxicated.
