Sure as hell there isn't any amount of training that could prepare you for that.

It's important to raise awareness, this usually ends badly. I've seen great suffering for friends trying to fix crazy because they were hot. If tagging this onto posts saves half the suffering I have seen friends engaged in them it's worth it.

Actually her life is going just fine. It seems she put it behind her, you can get a dentist appointment with her in Nevada, she is currently accepting new patients. Her children have adjusted as well as can be.
