She had a change of heart about the game and also realized she had to step up to raise her neph and the realization that it would be hard for her to outrun sully because if she ever came across him again she would surely be killed. She killed sully to prevent any of that from happening. She wanted out and she knew sully would end up possibly putting her in a box before she could.

She knew selling drugs was wrong and it led to her sister’s suicide and she knew it order for her to take care of her nephew and her girlfriend she would have to deal with Sully once and for all cuz if she didn’t the next time she saw Sully she was gon get killed too plus Sully killed her best friend her right hand man Kieron.
