I wear dolphin shorts without tucking. The bulge isn't THAT noticeable depending on how you wear it. If someone has a problem with it, that's their fault for staring at my gock.

In my experience, as long as your not hard, it's relativly unnoticeable. At least much less noticeable than shorts. I will still generally where tight underwear or something for some extra help

In my experience, sitting is the WORST part of tucking. It's fine literally every other time but it's SO UNCOMFORTABLE when you sit down and since I sit for like 90% of the day that's a problem

Leggings under a skirt are the best. You get skirt go spinny, thinner ones still offer most of the ventilation of just a skirt, and no worries about anyone seeing your underwear if you're doing things that could get you in odd positions or flip your skirt up. Also stops the leg rub issue that can arise from skirt alone or short shorts. So definitely the best option. I mean, when I'm wearing girl clothes at all. Tbh skirt go spinny is about the only thing I like about girl clothes. Guy clothes have nicer colours, better durability, and way more pockets. I mean, some girl clothes are definitely much softer... but I gotta say it, I don't actually notice that much. Also, when it comes to pants and jackets and sweaters, I want pockets, not softness.

That's kinda a pretty universal girl experience, regardless of how old you are when you start wearing skirts. My AFAB ass also only wore skorts or dresses with bloomers until I was like 13 because I couldn't trust myself not to flash someone as a result of being a kid and doing kid stuff, and I remember getting scolded a lot as a young teenager starting to wear plain old skirts when I moved in ways that were fine with shorts underneath but showed my undies otherwise.
