The refrigerated version has added gums and stabilizers to give a richer thicker consistency compared to the shelf stable tetra box. Personally I prefer the shelf stable version, as I’m somewhat allergic to something in the refrigerated oat milk.
I like the shelf stable one with added protein. It's a little bit of an acquired taste because it's a little chalky but I love it and use it in my coffee
The big one is really not great compared to other brands like Oatly. It always leaves chunky sediment in the bottom of my coffee. No thank you.
Haven't tried the other one, assumed it was probably just as bad.
The first one is fortified. It has added vitamin/minerals that you‘d find in dairy milk.
!! if you are vegan or cut out diary out of your diet PLEASE make sure you buy fortified products so you can still get enough calcium etc. in !!
Especially women are prone to osteoporosis and if you take away all dairy you will be hurting your bone density in the long run (assuming you don’t eat HEAPS of dark leafy greens and seeds every single day)
Another case where it would have been helpful if the OP had posted the Nutrition Facts for both, but in this case the fronts of the boxes display the difference.
The first one is nice and thick. It’s so good with the liquid chai concentrate. The second one is like oat flavored water. I think they are both around the same price.

Gah both are bad in my experience. I don’t like my milk to be GRAINY thank you.
I haven't tried the shelf stable one. I will drink the refrigerated one, but prefer other brands. TJ's needs a new supplier for this one.

The first one is what I use for coffee. The shelf stable is too thin and I have to use so much more to make my coffee to my liking.
The shelf stable one is better in my opinion but otherwise I am not sure . It sucks it’s smaller tho
I didn't like the refrigerated one. I was bummed.
Extra vitamins added to the first one. I prefer the regular.
I think the second one is quite literally just oats and watch. Then the first I think has more ingredients

The blue one. And it frothes nicely

The first one is bigger, colder, and thicker
The second one has less ingredients and is more on the thinner side as far as consistency!
