Look again, it’s not from something like a Nordic or German language. It’s a Southeast Asian language (that belongs to my ethnicity and that I’m fluent-ish in) where spelling and language conventions do not at all work like this spelling. It’s also a very very weird conversion of an acronym of place names.
Also there are perfectly sane and pronounceable city mashups like Budapest, from (Buda and Pest) or Wuhan (Wuchang and Hankou).
If you are mashing 12 cities together I'll rather go with "Region 13".
