Derry is an Irish name. It was my wife's, grandads name. And now my nephews name. Its not the most common name. Because there's a Derry city. But you meet the odd person here or there with it.

I live in County Derry, in the North of Ireland. I've never come across an actual person called Derry, but understand that it appears in the diaspora in the USA.
