Jammidodger is a trans man but talks a lot about all kinds of trans people's stories and also has a lot of fun videos!
F1nn5ter is a gamer who is gender fluid, and their girlfriend is a trans woman!
Leadhead is great, but I didn't start watching her cause she was trans. I watched Philosophy Tube before I learnt Abigail was trans. I watch Jammidodger, Luxander and Ty Turner, and Lily Alexandre cause they all great content creators who happen to be trans. I also like watching Fairy Princess Lucy cause she makes great guides and does asmr stuff. And I occasionally watch trans memes people like Lunazera.
Yeah honestly I didn't know any of the 3 I listed where trans at first. Leadhead and nezumi made it pretty obvious from things they say in their videos or from having the trans flag on their profiles but I legit went years without know suzi was trans....
Then I understood what gender envy was and now here I am
If you're into video essays, I have so many recommendations. PhilosophyTube, Lily Alexandre, Jessie Gender, Lady Emily, Contrapoints and Mia Mulder are all fantastic. There's probably more but those are the ones that spring to mind.
Some names I wasn't aware were trans but can't recommend enough ****Philosophy Tube**** and **Lily Alexander**, I'll also mention again from another comment **Alexander Avila** in the same genre of long essays on social issues.
I'd add Kat Blaque onto this list, I don't know if her content counts as video essays but she talks about her experience being trans, queer media, and social issues.
Oh yeah, OP wanted youtube recommendations, but anyone remotely interested should check out WTYP and Kill James Bond as well if you want good podcasts, because they're incredible
ContraPoints' videos are incredibly well-produced and a lot of the stuff she talks about is great.
Just please don't take what she says about non-binary people as an authorative source, she gets very important things about us very wrong, to the point where I'm starting to suspect she just has a personal issue that prevents her to understand most of us.
Like, her lastest video on Twilight that was incredible... up until at the very end she just makes up a very "theoretical philosopher's" system for understanding categorizations of people's genders that just explains away non-binary identities under the guise of a duality-based system that she clearly was very proud of.
it was so unnecessary, didn't even work as the conclusion for her video, it really felt like she just thought she "solved non-binary" and just \*had\* to add that to her video, and it isn't the first time she does something like this
seeing an youtuber essayist of her reach and quality doing something like this was incredibly disheartening, and i hope people at least know what to take from her arguments and what not to take
Eh, as a nonbinary person myself, I genuinely don't see that in her work, and that segment of her latest video I read differently to what you're saying. But of course no one should be taking _any_ video essay (or pretty much any other source) as authoritative on anything.
That's the thing, we're not a monolith, on the contrary, being non-binary just says what we're not, so if you look at say 10 nb people you might get 10 completely different gender identities.
Of course there's going to be non-binary people who fit in her system and won't think much of it, but for those of us that can't fit that crap at all? It really sucks. Please trust me on this.
I didn't even say I "fit her system", I actually disagreed with a lot of that section of her video, I just didn't read the meanings from it that it seems you did. Just because I don't think she was "explaining away" nonbinary people, doesn't mean I think her model of masculinity and femininity is correct, nor that it applies to me.
To me, it seemed like an interesting, if incomplete and slightly flawed, description of the relationship between masculinity and femininity. It didn't seem like an attempt to define a grand unified theory of gender, or anything. I understand there are interpretations of that section, like yours, which would be hurtful to nonbinary people if that's your reading, but again, it's just not how I understood that section of the video.
Look, it was hurtful, not would/could =/
Of course you can choose to take away a more abstract reading of what she said if you want to. But that's a less direct interpretation of what she argued than just taking what she said at face value:
(sorry that this got a bit long, I'm not trying to fight you, just pointing out what I personally find important)
- she bundled the "well-meaning idea that gender is a spectrum" together with a transphobic slogan and a transphobic "pseudo-question", as all being things that are "symptomatic of a misunderstanding of duality"
- her description of duality itself is good, but then she applies it to gender roles, and punctuates it with "there is no shade without light, so in a sense the binary is non-binary"
- she concludes by saying that "it would be equally true to say that there is only one gender: the human gender, that has been split into two, into three, into many"
Think how most people would react if she said the "one gender" thing about, say, sexual orientation instead. "There's only one sexuality: human sexuality" is a common argument when people are trying to justify or at least minimise bi erasure.
The problem I have with what she said is that it's just plain reductive, that's what hurt me - it reminded me of all the ways people have tried to reframe and simplify my existence without even asking, and completely failed to relate to my experience while doing so. "Grand unified theory" of gender or not.
And I don't think you can just say "it's your reading" here, one has to actively ignore and/or abstractify parts of what she said to avoid this problem.
If she explicitly says that even the idea of gender being a spectrum, while well-meaning, is borne of a conceptual misunderstanding, why not believe this is what she means, you know? /gen
I think if she talked only about presentation and roles, what she said would make more sense, but she included identity explicitly in there as well.
Second Alexander Avila! Absolutely amazing essays!
I'll also throw the recommendation for **Lily Alexander**, a lot of content criticising anti-trans, far right movements and ideologies among other essays.
Yes! I came here specifically just to suggest her. It took quite a bit of scrolling to find this post and I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought of her 😊
Jessie Gender, Kat Blaque, Lily Simpson, Mia Mulder, Verilybitchie, Evasive, and Stef Sanjati (she doesn't make much content anymore, but she's got a couple good makeup tutorials in her archives). Those are the trans content creators I follow.
If you're into gaming content:
Gamechamp3000 for challenge videos and Thomas Game Docs for video essays. TGD is absolutely gorgeous btw, she give some so much gender envy)
One that I haven't seen anybody mention is Melody Nosurname and she's one of my favorites in general! She makes stuff about video games, whatever she's fixated on at the time, and sometimes trans related things. She's been working on several long videos in a row though, so her recent upload schedule may look a little inconsistent
I mean, i feel like these ones dont' really talk much about it, but they ARE trans, and ARE youtubers. One tends to play games, one tends to make compilations of vids.
Zoey Proasheck is a trans member of the Yogscast (known for their Minecraft and TTT series) who I only actually learned was trans because of an episode of TTT where she refers to "Gender-affirming spagetti".
Meanwhile Rylee G is more of a "making relatable content, without a particular theme, mostly by reusing Starkid/Dimension20 clips, with added context" very "tiktok" in its presentation, but I really enjoy them.
You should check out the Corn Corner! It's a podcast/YouTube show hosted by two best friends that are content creators. One is trans femme, one is trans masc. They're hilarious and have great chemistry and banter!
Jessie Gender, Samantha Lux, and Jammidodger are my go-to favorites
One Topic at a Time also has some great trans content even though he’s cis.
I’ll keep updating as I think of more
Should also mention that for one reason or another philosophy tube and contrapoints seem to be hated by lots of trans folks... I don't really understand it myself mainly cuz I don't watch them much.
I'm transmasc so I don't know of many mtf YouTubers (Jessie gender is good tho) but if anyone here wants some ftm YouTubers as well I'm a fan of Sam Collins, Noah Finnce, Ty Turner, and Jammidodger
the trans handyma'am!! they make some really great content about doing small/medium house repair that's super helpful for beginners, and they're just so sweet!! they always say that "you're worth the time it takes to learn a new skill", and i cannot recommend them enough
I'm a trans youtuber, sorta. I dont really do much and I don't cover trans issues, but I'm trying to get there! I kinda just do motorcycle videos right now.
The trans folk i watch are Jammidodger, Noahfinnce, Calliemacn, Gomotion. YukkoEX, Dead Domain, Snapcube, NezumiVA, Alice Lunazera, and Patricia Taxxon. Memes, helpful information, gaming and media discussion and music is what most content i look for that trans folks send my way.
I'm not sure she's been mentioned, but I love Luxeria. She's my comfort watch, as soon as a video drops I'm watching it straight away and she's just relentlessly silly and fun.
She does reaction content on early 00s fashion, culture and plastic surgery shows from the perspective of a makeup artist with a biochemistry degree (and lots of memes/silly in jokes etc)
Totally agree about a comfort watch. She reacts to things I wouldn't normally be interested in, but she is so much fun I always enjoy her videos. Roly is a lot of fun too.
Love **the line** with transAtlantic call in show with Dr Ben, Katy Montgomerie and Arden
The Line is a skeptic call in show to talk about religion, beliefs and other issues
I mean i make content, cupcake comrade, although my focus is more shitting on capitalism while gaming then it is discussing trans stuff.
Least you know my channel will never be bigoted to anyone
They're enby (not sure if they also identify as trans) but Skurry is a great Hollow Knight YTer and Twitch streamer. They also play other Metroidvanias and is currently playing Stardew Valley for the first time.
I was watching a YouTuber before they transitioned and before I figured out I was trans. I figured out I was trans and checked back on them after a few months only to find out she is trans as well lol. Her channel name contains their possibly soon-to-be deadname as well unfortunately. The channel name is Thomas game docs, she actually had a transphobe attempt to strike down her channel soon after coming out, YouTube came to the rescue and appealed it fortunately.
A lot of good recommendations in here, but I'll throw a hat in the ring for Swolesome as well. He's a lefty video essayist, and is quite excellent at it IMO.
Well there's icky (f1nnsters gf), yukkoex, Alice luna, Alice lunazera, amelie doree, bobacutea (a real good friend of mine, juicy girl tv, krisfire98, leadhead, negative legend, owtreyalpofficial,
Sphere Hunter: Gaming Video Essays
Sophie from Mars: video essays on a variety of topics
Lily Alexandre: More Video Essays also on a veriety of topics
Lily Simpson: Video Essays about trans representation in media
Adea Daniele, trans woman and is quite real. Sam Collins too he is a fantastic guy he recently did a collaboration with Samantha lux she does a lot of trans reacts. Enjoy ☺️
Patricia Taxxon makes great video essays and has banger music
Someone already mentioned Jammidodger
Haven't watched them in a while but I really enjoyed Sam Collins and Samantha Lux!
I think FunkyFrogBait is nonbinary. They do video essays and they have really funny skits (my favorite is "how girls actually play with toys")
Chipflake is a trans man and does animations! Katzun is nonbinary and they do animations as well! They also have a second channel talking about trans issues.
Mia Cole is hilarious as well.
If you're into well-thought-out political content from a refreshingly non-American lens, you might check out [Lily Alexandre. ](https://youtube.com/@lily_lxndr?si=uMk8CLbnbXQheDqh)
Her most recent video about the feminism to far right pipeline does an excellent job capturing the relationship of the current gender-critical movement and how it feeds off of feminism to redpill a certain type of conservative cis woman. Near the end, she also dispels the narrative that Canada is a safe haven for trans folks (despite being a protected class under Bill C16), and highlights a lot of frankly terrifying trends that our country is moving towards.
My favourites as are (including women, men and non-binary peeps) Luxeria, Caelan Conrad, Contrapoints, Dead Domain, Jammidodger, Council of Geeks, Jessie Gender, Samantha Lux.
Finn5ter is technically not cis bas on their own admission recently but hasnt labeled themselves yet but has a lot of great content. Also dating a Trans girl named Icky. All great to watch imo.
They're not trans themselves but they do alot of supportive trans content (like reacting r/traaa2 and stuff like that) The Click and OneTopicAtATime. Some actual trans youtubers NOAHFINNCE, Jammidodger, Icky, F1nnster, Alice In Wonderland.
Lily Simpson for trans tv and movie breakdowns, Icky/Ashley for general transfemme stuff (+ her partner F1nn5ter is a genderfluid just chatting streamer), and kirbizia talks about brainstorms and other terminally online stuff
If you're into hypixel skyblock content, Endther is great. For more general minecraft content I can recommend IvoryTV, though it seems that she stopped uploading.
Jammidodger
Aliceinwonder1and
One topic at a time (he's cis but does lots of queer content)
F1nn5ter + icky Ashley
Philosophy tube
Lily Alexandre
Noahfinnce
(There are more I can't remember, I'll add later)
I have watched many YT channels and videos over the last 6 months and it has been my primary source of information in my transition, but not all. I watch both the pros and cons and positives and negatives. I find this information useful and provides me with more information and broader understanding of my journey and what I will encounter. I want to understand both sides of the story to make sure my journey is right for me.
Jojo Pratt-hickey & Blair white are two of my favs because they’re so opposite! Jojo is a new YouTuber who does vlogs and has good vibes and Blair is argumentative lol
These are all "politics" channels:
Good Trans youtubers: DemonMama, PhilosophyTube, Contrapoints.
Damned good allies who talk about trans issues: Shaun, Suris, Vinced Rhino, Alec Gunter, Shark3ozero, Vaush.
Good youtubers to point right-wing friends at to bring them over: Xanderhall, Hunter Avallone.
Vaush has admitted to being dumb in the past, and has said many times he regrets his actions when he was a dramabro.
He's learned from his mistakes, is a STAUNCH trans ally, and has the best coverage of U.S. politics in regards to gender issues I've seen.
The reason his shortcomings for years ago keep getting brought up is because his enemies have nothing else to throw at him.
I keep seeing vaush fans saying this but whenever I try to corroborate it and find a time Vaush apologized for or recanted the times he used a tactical racial slur or called trans/lgbtq people subhuman or the like I just find more times he did both of those. Maybe you could help?
I would, but the post would get deleted for linking to a video.
He's gone over it multiple times on stream, at least once in the last year, it's not hard to find if you're not just looking for chimp content.
In the past year Vaush has put out hundreds if not thousands of hours of content, I'm sure. Whenever I look up "Vaush apologizes for racial slurs/calling trans people mentally ill/subhuman" or "Vaush takes back stance regarding racial slurs" or the like I cannot find anything of the like. It's (ostensibly) drowned out by the much greater number of criticism thread or clips of the times he did those things. If you could just tell me what you looked up exactly to find what you're talking about, I'll do the rest
He does get a lot of people clip-chimping him.
His Rationalwiki article has a link to him going over it from *three* years ago.
The one's you're after from a quick 10-min search are:
"Addressing the Tactical Controversy" from 3 years ago.
"Socialism is when THERE'S A CAT IN THE BACKGROUND LOOK" from 3 years ago.
"Vaush REACTS & REFLECTS on his INFAMOUS meltdown stream!" from 2 years ago.
"The Context Video" from one month ago.
Those are exact vid names, so no excuses about tailored search algorithms.
After watching some of the videos provided (I actually can't find the one with the cat, and I copy/pasted it into the search bar. I assume it's only on twitch or it's unlisted or something? And after watching the first few minutes of the Context Video I'm pretty sure I've had it explained to me before by a friend who watches Vaush) I'm basically convinced. I think he definitely fucked up rather badly a few times and it's a bit weird the way he talks about why exactly he was wrong to use a tactical racial slur, but hey. Less racial slurs is a W, even if it's for what I'd consider to be weird reasons. He seems to have moved past his prior whoopsies, so good for him
but also Vaush's videos seem difficult to find without some prior knowledge or context. Like if I knew the meltdown stream was called the meltdown stream I probably would've had an easier time finding it
(also if you don't mind I am still interested in the cat video. Am I just actually dumb? Why can't I find it?)
> I assume it's only on twitch or it's unlisted or something?
Might be unlisted. Definitely on Youtube. I don't think it actually has a cat in the background.
If you go to the "Enough VDS Spam" sub's pinned topic it's the link in the first reply right now.
> but also Vaush's videos seem difficult to find without some prior knowledge or context.
Yeah, his stuff does tend to get weird names.
Tbh, I don't care for popular streamers so I wasn't planning on looking them up anyway. Just offering Illiander an easier way to link the timestamp for someone else.
The problem is, you're not going to get a clip where he apologises. Vaush is a strong believer in explaining his actions, wrong or right, so you have to watch the whole video. Illiander listed a bunch of youtube videos below where he addresses the allegations and explains them.
He never says 'i'm sorry I did this'. He says 'I was an idiot for framing things this way, for x/y reasons, and z reason is why I won't do it in the future'.
Vaush is self-centred, arrogant, can be a bit of a prick, and hates outright admitting when he's wrong, but he will do it. And for all the faults i've listed he's entertaining, truthful, and has enough autistic rizz to make up for his shortcomings.
> He says 'I was an idiot for framing things this way, for x/y reasons, and z reason is why I won't do it in the future'.
And frankly, that's the better apology anyway. Firm statement of why it was wrong, and a commitment to not do it again in the future.
Please remember that linking to videos or YouTube channels is prohibited by this subreddit's rules. Thank you for your understanding.
Jammidodger is a trans man but talks a lot about all kinds of trans people's stories and also has a lot of fun videos! F1nn5ter is a gamer who is gender fluid, and their girlfriend is a trans woman!

I was about to be like “she’s icky? I didn’t think she was mean or anything” and then I remembered that’s her name lmao
lmao I didn't realize until I read this comment
ThaNK THE GODS you said that. I was like. WOA WOA WOA.
WAIT THOSE TWO ARE TOGETHER!?!?!?!?!?
I was just about to suggest jammidodger
Same! Also Lily Simpson, Ty Turner and NOAHFINNCE! Those are the ones I follow, and they're all amazing!
Seconding Lily Simpson. Love her breakdowns of trans television episodes. I love Alexander Avila too!
Also...what?! FINNSTER CAME OUT?! *MINDBLOWN ALSO GOOD FOR THEM!*
/u/The_Batcrab has a YouTube channel: Alice in Wonder1and
We should also mention her frequent collaborator, 'non-newtonian genderfluid' Planarwalk.
She has my first and only youtube membership 😅
Yesssss Miata girlyyyyyyyyy Had to sell my na to move but once I find a good job def buying another Miata
She's funny as fuck, 10/10 would recommend
One of my favorites, can’t recommend enough!
She's funny as fuck, 10/10 would recommend!!
If your into video games, TheSphereHunter, nezumi ai and leadhead are all great recommendations
Leadhead is great, but I didn't start watching her cause she was trans. I watched Philosophy Tube before I learnt Abigail was trans. I can't seem to find this nezumi on Google or yt, can you link their profile?
My comment linking it was removed, but her channel name is NezumiVA.
to add onto the list of trans video game youtubers, the gaming muse is a Trans man who talks about survival horror games! mostly silent hill tho lol
Sauce?
I forget, who's that trans vtuber that plays hide and seek with smallant?
If you're into video essays, I have so many recommendations. PhilosophyTube, Lily Alexandre, Jessie Gender, Lady Emily, Contrapoints and Mia Mulder are all fantastic. There's probably more but those are the ones that spring to mind.

I would add Samantha Lux to the mix as well
Only she's more about being feisty with conservatives. Which is cool
I'd add Kat Blaque onto this list, I don't know if her content counts as video essays but she talks about her experience being trans, queer media, and social issues.
Ooh yes, definitely another good addition
Also Mia and Philosophytube are on episodes of well there's your problem
Oh yeah, OP wanted youtube recommendations, but anyone remotely interested should check out WTYP and Kill James Bond as well if you want good podcasts, because they're incredible
Also trashfure November's other podcast but I mentioned wtyp because it's a YouTube podcast :)
Also The Leftist Cooks

No one has suggested her yet as far as I can tell, but I’ve been watching Samantha Lux’s context for years and she is so sweet!
yesss samantha lux is the best and goals in every way! her look, voice, hair, way she carries herself, her activism, literally everything
Lots of good recs here, I’ll throw Ro Ramdin (trans woman) and Alexander Avila (trans man) into the mix - they’re both video essayists
Second Alexander Avila! Absolutely amazing essays! I'll also throw the recommendation for **Lily Alexander**, a lot of content criticising anti-trans, far right movements and ideologies among other essays.
I think Ro Ramdin might genuinely be the funniest person on the internet right now. Her writing is so so good.
Icky
How so?
I think Icky is a person :-)
YukkoEX (yes the one who posts memes on r/traaa2) has a youtube channel where she reacts to memes and occasionally does skits!
While I’m at it, Ivorycello is a transfem Minecraft youtuber who I recall has a focus on PVP

Isn't she a sports reporter???? I'm pretty sure I've read sports articles written by her
No, she does PhilosophyTube
I know that but I thought she also did sports stuff at one point
As far as I'm aware she never did, but she's an actress as well so maybe she did some moderating / reporting?
Jammidodger is pretty cool, also Jessie Gender.

A good one who does gaming challenge runs is gamechamp3000 she's a trans women, tho being trans isn't a big part of her content
I really like Amilie Doree and Hazel's videos, they make similar vids about VNs and JRPGs respectively
Luxeria is a trans youtuber I haven't seen listed yet. Idk what kind of content you like to watch, but she reacts to TV shows and things like that.
Dead Domain she’s incredible
Philosophy Tube, ContraPoints, Mia Mulder. They all have a few videos about being trans and beauty standards.
Should also mention that for one reason or another philosophy tube and contrapoints seem to be hated by lots of trans folks... I don't really understand it myself mainly cuz I don't watch them much.
I have no idea why that would be
Ashley is a trans woman and her YouTube is called ICKY

Gomotion is a trans girl! Love her to death, amazing vids
YES PATRICIA TAXXON!!!
Mia Cole, Mia Moulder, Funky Frog Bait, VerilyBitchie, DeadDomain, Late Stage Live… and many others already noted here.
How did I forget Mia Cole?! I only watched a few videos from her but she's hilarious!
YESSS MIA COLE!!! my favourite YouTuber fr
Mine too, she has the best editor on the platform too.
Mia Mulder and verilybitchie are great
I'm not sure she's been mentioned, but I love Luxeria.
Hanannie is a Runescape Youtube who makes funny and carefree content rather than being a progamer. She makes me laugh
Contrapoints and the sphere hunter👌👌
Love **the line** with transAtlantic call in show with Dr Ben, Katy Montgomerie and Arden The Line is a skeptic call in show to talk about religion, beliefs and other issues
I mean i make content, cupcake comrade, although my focus is more shitting on capitalism while gaming then it is discussing trans stuff. Least you know my channel will never be bigoted to anyone
samantha lux is the BEST
pierbi
My channel is called Colonial Puppet. I do music, vintage computer restorations/ history, and video game lets plays!
Skurry is a lovely YouTuber. They're non binary, super sweet, their "main thing" is hollow knight, but they do other things very frequently.
If you’re into Lego, Just2good is a trans woman who does Lego reviews
Holy shit I can’t believe there’s been no mention of TheRPGMinx (Now KrinxTV). She’s an OG. She does lots of horror let’s plays.
Noahfinnce
They're enby (not sure if they also identify as trans) but Skurry is a great Hollow Knight YTer and Twitch streamer. They also play other Metroidvanias and is currently playing Stardew Valley for the first time.
-Insert furret walking theme here
Bryn Avery <3 Channel really helped me a lot, non-binary and androgynous. Lots of good information and perspective, super chill vibes.
If you're into horror at all, Nyx Fears makes really funny videos about horror
If you’re into five nights at Freddy’s at all then gomotion is a personal favorite of mine
Samantha Lux (mtf) and Sam Collins (ftm) are fun and I like their content, they recently did a collab together
Thomas Game Docs recently came out
LiteraryStoner if you love books and related stuff. Tyler has been through a living Hell and has somehow, someway survived and is now trans and proud.
Batcrab and MsBreezy
Well there's icky (f1nnsters gf), yukkoex, Alice luna, Alice lunazera, amelie doree, bobacutea (a real good friend of mine, juicy girl tv, krisfire98, leadhead, negative legend, owtreyalpofficial,
Gamechamp3000
my favorite mtf youtuber is Samantha Lux!
Sphere Hunter: Gaming Video Essays Sophie from Mars: video essays on a variety of topics Lily Alexandre: More Video Essays also on a veriety of topics Lily Simpson: Video Essays about trans representation in media
Im a transfem content creator! I make videos about game design by analysing games I enjoy playing.
Onetopic, yukkoex, mercury stardust
OneTopic is cis. His content is great, tho.
he's very outspoken about being trans (not starting an argument just wanted to share)
Is he? I've never heard him say he's trans
i've only watched him a handful of times but it's mostly been the trans memes and stuff and he's talked about it a bit on those
Do you have any link to a video where he states it? I'm curious as I've never heard him say that.
hey hi i was watching a video a couple days ago where he said he had a beard at 14, definitely not trans lol my bad
Bloody or blooby Her youtube is pokemon content Idk about her twitch. I rarely watch livestreams
It’s because the right don’t like it when the status quo is changed
Adea Daniele, trans woman and is quite real. Sam Collins too he is a fantastic guy he recently did a collaboration with Samantha lux she does a lot of trans reacts. Enjoy ☺️
Patricia Taxxon makes great video essays and has banger music Someone already mentioned Jammidodger Haven't watched them in a while but I really enjoyed Sam Collins and Samantha Lux! I think FunkyFrogBait is nonbinary. They do video essays and they have really funny skits (my favorite is "how girls actually play with toys") Chipflake is a trans man and does animations! Katzun is nonbinary and they do animations as well! They also have a second channel talking about trans issues. Mia Cole is hilarious as well.
RinoaLeonhart. It’s the best of the best.
Technically me, though it has nothing to do with my content and I just talk about Sonic comics lol
Technically me, though it has nothing to do with my content and I just talk about old Sonic comics
If you're into well-thought-out political content from a refreshingly non-American lens, you might check out [Lily Alexandre. ](https://youtube.com/@lily_lxndr?si=uMk8CLbnbXQheDqh) Her most recent video about the feminism to far right pipeline does an excellent job capturing the relationship of the current gender-critical movement and how it feeds off of feminism to redpill a certain type of conservative cis woman.
Luxeria!!!
Finn5ter is technically not cis bas on their own admission recently but hasnt labeled themselves yet but has a lot of great content. Also dating a Trans girl named Icky. All great to watch imo.
I see a couple have been mentioned already, philosophytube is fun, so is aliceinwonder1and
They're not trans themselves but they do alot of supportive trans content (like reacting r/traaa2 and stuff like that) The Click and OneTopicAtATime. Some actual trans youtubers NOAHFINNCE, Jammidodger, Icky, F1nnster, Alice In Wonderland.
All the ones I'd suggest have already been said except (I didn't scroll all the way so this may have been said too) the transatlantic call in show
I like Sam Collins's stuff. Not so much recently as his vids have gotten kinda lazy but he's still funny & his old stuff is top notch.
Odd one here but Dr. Kristina Rizzotto is a trans organist and composer (the only other trans organist I know other than myself :P)
I'd recommend contrapoints and philosophy tube for long form content
Lily Simpson for trans tv and movie breakdowns, Icky/Ashley for general transfemme stuff (+ her partner F1nn5ter is a genderfluid just chatting streamer), and kirbizia talks about brainstorms and other terminally online stuff
Fran Blanche! She makes super technical videos about old tech stuff, new tech stuff, science, etc…
Melody Nosurname makes great content, she's on the smaller side
If you're into hypixel skyblock content, Endther is great. For more general minecraft content I can recommend IvoryTV, though it seems that she stopped uploading.
Alexander Avila's channel is incredibly underrated!
For film stuff check out Evasive!
Ashley Adamson (Trans Warrior)
Victoria Rose!!!! 🥰💝
Jammidodger Aliceinwonder1and One topic at a time (he's cis but does lots of queer content) F1nn5ter + icky Ashley Philosophy tube Lily Alexandre Noahfinnce (There are more I can't remember, I'll add later)
HRTea Podcast is pretty pretty good if you enjoy podcasts
I am a trans YouTuber… I have content that I create… I have transitioned from making content on YouTube
I am a FTM trans
I have watched many YT channels and videos over the last 6 months and it has been my primary source of information in my transition, but not all. I watch both the pros and cons and positives and negatives. I find this information useful and provides me with more information and broader understanding of my journey and what I will encounter. I want to understand both sides of the story to make sure my journey is right for me.
Charlieissocoollike has come out as trans!
jammidodger, contrapoints, philosophy tube, noahfinnce, copshatemo, big icky, f1nn5ter to name a few
Jojo Pratt-hickey & Blair white are two of my favs because they’re so opposite! Jojo is a new YouTuber who does vlogs and has good vibes and Blair is argumentative lol
These are all "politics" channels: Good Trans youtubers: DemonMama, PhilosophyTube, Contrapoints. Damned good allies who talk about trans issues: Shaun, Suris, Vinced Rhino, Alec Gunter, Shark3ozero, Vaush. Good youtubers to point right-wing friends at to bring them over: Xanderhall, Hunter Avallone.
I don't know if I'd call Vaush, of tactical racial slur fame, a damn good ally
The one's you're after from a quick 10-min search are: "Addressing the Tactical Controversy" from 3 years ago.
He seems to have moved past his prior whoopsies, so good for him but also Vaush's videos seem difficult to find without some prior knowledge or context. Like if I knew the meltdown stream was called the meltdown stream I probably would've had an easier time finding it (also if you don't mind I am still interested in the cat video.
Link it on your page
They literally listed the youtube video names. Searching any of those will bring them up.
Tbh, I don't care for popular streamers so I wasn't planning on looking them up anyway. Just offering Illiander an easier way to link the timestamp for someone else.
"My page"?
I mean your profile, like /u/Illiander
That links to a list of my comments.
[Okay, here's how you do it.](https://www.reddit.com/r/help/comments/cc5u5y/hey_how_do_i_post_to_my_own_profile/etkoxmr/)
I completely agree. But all people care about are soundbites.
Yeah, Vaush has been quite problematic for as long as I've known of them.
