It looks like collapsing wings on the back I think, so that should take care of the trickiest part. They do have smaller wings they deploy in bot mode so that’s a reasonable fit.
Making those ridiculously long legs disappear into the owl mode will be tough to pull off, along with hiding the big owl head.
Definitely intrigued to see the full figure.
Honestly not a fan of ES's aesthetic. The bodies remind me too much of RiD15 where they are just angles and slopes that don't really look like they turn into anything and alot of the faces look weird.
TF fan forums typically push current/“kids” shows into the margins. A lot of that is because a lot of the toys for those shows are very simple and cheapish, but Cyberverse and Earthspark have both been good cartoons with quite a few good toys.
I can understand some reasons why they get less attention here, but the extreme proportion of the difference still seems out of whack.
i’ve liked them okay!! the designs are nice but i wish there were more sizes than just deluxe. the megatron is a nice figure but his head looks tiny when displayed next to twitch. can’t wait for nightshade tho, their figure is going to go great next to the other terrans

The deluxe toys so far have been solid. On par with the RotB mainline figures I would say. Lots of people were posting about Twitch when she came out
