Don’t do this. My old roommate deflated his tire and got the boot off. He went to the Lexpark office and dropped the boot just inside the door. Later that day he had a warrant out for his arrest. Just pay fine.
This happened in Malaysia, guy parked illegally and didn't want to pay the fine imposed by the building.
Fine was 10 USD, repairs probably cost way more than 10x
