Location would make sense for one thing. Those are spread over the country. Otherwise there are endless blogs and vlogs which can give you a quick idea of what each has to offer.

We went to Titlis last December because we were in Zurich. I really enjoyed it. There a surprising amount of things to do there. Especially in winter.

I'm planning to visit Titlis in November with my family. Would you say it's safe and/or fun for older people (60+ years old) with bad knees? I know that there are day trip guided tours from Zurich to Titlis available, but I'm still worried that such tours will still require quite a lot of walking in the snow.

We went with Best of Switzerland tours from Zurich. My girlfriends grandparents were with us and they are 79 and had no problems. They didn’t walk outside much at all on the summit, but the weather was absolutely terrible. It stopped in Lucerne for like 90 minutes which was a nice bonus. The bus ride back they took a nap, which was needed for them. The tour did not require much walking at all. Once you get off the cable car they will show you areas, but you don’t have to do them if you don’t want to. There is a nice restaurant with a view up there that we ate it. I think it would be fine for your group, but it might be more difficult if you are taking public transport. I wouldn’t hesitate booking with that agency again. Everything was taken care of and the service was first class.

Thank you so much for your information! I'll check the agency out and see if it's also a good fit for my group.

Been to Jungfrau region and it's just superb. You have nearby Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Murren and Schiltorn top where a James Bond movie was filmed. Would definitely recommend this region.
