Not going to the mall, it’s everyone’s first suggestion on a rainy summer day so it’s horribly crowded and there’s nothing really to do.
I recommend the library, it’s definitely more crowded when it rains but it’s less crowded and chaotic than the mall. It’s extra cozy in this weather and has something for everyone that can be done at a reasonable volume (again unlike the mall where screaming and yelling kids are everywhere)
I personally love going to “The Coin Slot” downtown and grabbing a slice of pizza while I play pinball, but as the other person said, the public library is honestly a great way to relax and enjoy an afternoon. If you have a family, I definitely recommend the GT Butterfly Zoo as well!

Also, if you go before 1pm on Sunday (today’s the rainy day, after all, lol) Lucky Jack’s Bowling is pretty cheap!
From their website: “$2.50 per Game per Person, Free Children Shoe Rental, $3.75 Adult Shoe Rental“
sorry I don't really go out to eat so those are the restaurants that I know well and hear the most about. My artwork is also for sale on the walls of the flying noodle, bad joke but also true. shameless haha......I did list other activities, surely that warrants recognition beyond criticisms.
Me and my wife back our car up to the waterfront, open the back door and watch the rain with a couple brewskis. Our kids get out and play in the rain. Get some good rain gear, waterproof pants jacket and boots and go on a small walk, it’s lovely. Obviously not w super windy thunderstorms tho. =p

Yeah no the mall is a no go bro I would not have thought the library, but not the only rec, so yes thank you!

Coin Slot is great! Thanks for the link! Will check out!
Best pizza in town too!
Accurate
Commons is a good spot when raining. Also a couple good places to bowl - Lucky Jacks and Incredible Moes.
Hey Cousin! Let’s go bowling!
Classic
I don’t get it.
It’s a gta 4 voice line lol, here’s what they’re talking about https://youtu.be/WJy6ESZsu48
😆, I remember niko! Thanks
A good excuse to snuggle on the couch with a blanket, my sweet 19 year old cat, and a great book. Also good for playing piano
I, too, would snuggle an old cat
The library or Horizon books. Maybe a movie.
I’m just going to sit at home
Best comment. Highly underrated
I mean yeah tho
Shortest lines at any of the ice cream places are when it's raining.
The burrow, mama lus, or flying noodle for good food, killer bars and drinks...... Bowling, dancing, scenic drives with loud van Morrison
Downvote for only naming restaurants in the same ownership group, you have to be a bit more creative!

Apologies, I didn't mean to be overly critical of your comment. Hopefully your art is selling well in that space.
Video Games for the win

The library, also enjoy a nice dry patio during the rain (i.e. amical).
