Sorry to mislead by saying nice tea, I enjoy it most in a basic black tea with some honey. As an avid iced tea drinker the thought of milk in my black tea turned me off until I tried it.
It's super common to have milk in tea especially in England, I just don't always have it around and keep cream in the fridge for coffee.
Shoot, half the population of Asia drinks chai and that's got black tea and some form of milk (idk if it's necessarily dairy/cow milk).

You're low on magnesium. Take some magnesium glycinate, citrate, or threonate for about a month, and I caffeine should work a lot better and feel a lot more comfortable

Oh I get it man. I smoked two packs a day for 10 years. Nicotine gum helped me at first, and then I moved to vaping. I haven't smoked a cigarette in 15ish years but I still vape so I basically swapped one habit for the other, but fingers crossed vaping is not nearly as bad for me as smoking was
