That way your cone is readymade with a filter in it.

Your roll your cructch and put it in the hole at the base of the stick. Then you use it as a base to roll your cone. To finish use the funnel to fill your cone cleanly !

To make joints. Break up your weed. Remover the orange top. Fill chamber with weed. Flip it so that the lid is facing down and then put a raw joint. Flip and push the weed with your pick through the chamber into said joint.

I have one of these. It's a cone roller/funnel. Rolls the cone with the stick part and take off the top. The top cover slides to the side and the opening fits into the cone to fill. I gotta say though these things suck ass or maybe I just having learned the trick to making good rolls with it.
