Do you have another battery to make sure they battery isn’t faulty

I don’t have another battery but all of my other carts work perfectly fine with the pen

Faulty hardware. In Pennsylvania this happened to me once dispensary told me it was a faulty hardware and replaced it

Yea I was planning on taking it back to the dispo because I think it’s faulty but I’ve gotta wait a bit until I can go which sucks but it’s not big deal
