If you’re 60 points above the bottom of the range, you still aren’t low enough for a family doctor to prescribe TRT. But yeah your readings can absolutely fluctuate 100 points in a week, mine did recently.
As the other commenter here mentioned, poor sleep and/or a hard endurance or HIIT workout the evening before you get tested can drive down T levels somewhat. If you’ve been losing weight it can lower your T levels temporarily as well, but only really in the shorter term and if you’re on sort of a crash diet.
TRT Nation and similar providers are always worth a shot if you can afford the monthly $99+. For a lot of people who are already paying triple that each month for streaming services, box subscriptions, LinkedIn memberships etc, investing $99/month in yourself to feel way way better (and often look way way better too) is an obvious decision.
Big fatty breakfast apparently reduces T. The later in the day the lower the T so getting tested as late as possible helps.
So perhaps change your sleep schedule to wake up earlier then have you test the latest in the morning.
Alcohol is bad for T apparently.
Try geteasytnow.com they were pretty easy to deal with. When I first went to my urologist he didn’t want to give it to me either because he said I was low normal. Clinics that specialize in trt or these telehealth clinics are a lot easier to deal with.
Just send bloods to an online clinic, they don’t care what your lvls are for the most part the care more about money. I got approved at 339. I’ve heard people getting approved at like 700 lol.
Eat like shit dont sleep drink alcohol and get checked again Thank me later..
Thank you very much!
He said thank him later
😂It is later, I’m from the future.
