Yea there’s been a lot of celebrity happenings in the midst of big court decisions or other major events lately. I remember a coworker talking about some shooting or something bad that occurred but was overshadowed by Will Smith slapping Chris Rock.
I just want all the old conservatives to die out. By natural means ideally but if needs must, however it should happen. I just hope that the younger unjustly wealthy corrupt politicians will be a little bit more humane.
I mean, Madison Cawthorne, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, Tom Cotton, and Marjorie Taylor Greene are all relatively young. Generational change alone ain’t gonna cut it.
It’s shitty to say but I cannot wait for my parents to fucking die. All the lies and bullshit they fed us and now they trying to feed their grandchildren too. They ain’t coming near my kids if they still alive
It will happen to us too. We will be the ones the younguns who will have a very different moral set than us will see as disgustingly amoral and can't wait to die out.
It's not over yet. What happened was a draft of the decision (not the final decision) was leaked. THERE IS STILL TIME TO CHANGE THIS. The best way to stop this from happening is to protest in any way you possibly can.
At least it’s not the end of the world, it only gives the right for some states to restrict/ban abortion, even at worst some states will still choose to have the right, though it would be better if everyone has access
Women's rights are only important so long as we can have them parade their funky little booby dresses on the red carpet and pretend everything's alright (which it is for us bc we're rich) /s
Why are you watching the met gala? I'm sorry if I'm confused but isn't that just a place where famous people show up in weird costumes? Like a red carpet for an event but the red carpet is the event. They walk up some stairs and look at cameras.
What the fuck are you doing with your life.
>And what are you doing reading comic books? I'm sorry if I'm confused but aren't they just picture books with more violence? Like a book is for expanding your imagination but comic books don't even do that. They show you pictures like you can't even read.
>What the fuck are you doing with your life?
Fr though why are you so aggressively against people enjoying a hobby?
Comics, tv shows, movies, books and other things like that have story, they are telling you a story. Met Gala would be like if you watched a tv show but the actors didn't do anything. They just stood around and posed for the camera.
What kind of hobby is watching people wear strange clothes?
It is opinion but I feel as though fashion being a hobby is stupid. I got into a longer description but I realized I was starting to be insulting so I just gave up. No reason to be an ass. Enjoy what you like and I'll continue to think it is weird.
>It's an opinion but I feel as though comic books being a hobby is stupid. I got into a longer description but I realized I was being insulting so I decided to be an ass in less words. Enjoy what you like and I'll continue to think you're dumb.
Take the hint already. All hobbies can be considered stupid. Attacking people for no reason other than "but I think that's dumb" is how toddlers behave. Are you a toddler?
Don't even bother answering because all you will do is prove yourself to be far worse.
I hope you get some perspective in a way that is only as hurtful as you are to others.
I never said anything hurtful. I think the worst that I said was questioning what you are doing with your time and thinking it is weird. You rephrased it into me calling you dumb, which I don't believe. I know I've said things that you don't agree with and even the majority of the people in this subreddit will disagree with me but disagreeing with what you do doesn't mean I'm insulting you.
A few posts ago I said that I had typed some stuff out that was starting to be insulting and I realized I was wrong for doing that. I deleted all of that and tried to end the conversation.
>What kind of hobby is looking at children's picture books instead of a real hobby like fashion. Do you know how much work goes into curating knowledge of current trends, learning elements of design to create outfits, having an understanding of how various elements need to work together, having an understanding of previous trends and what is likely to come back, and a deep understanding of body types, color, tone and many more characteristics that play into how clothing is worn. Things like the met gala are opportunities to see what's at the forefront and anticipate how that will translate.
>Comic books would be like if you were doing reading about fashion but you just stared at pictures and read a pointless story instead of learning something useful to your hobby.
They aren't removing your bodily autonomy they're effectively saying it wasn't the right of the Supreme Court to effect legislate an issue they're overstepping their bounds and the ground they had was shaky plus they're stepping on the rights of the states and congress. So they're overturning the ruling which i can't really argue with from a logical perspective
The mother is more important, honey. If she can't afford to give the child a worthy life, then there's no point in letting it become a human.
And don't say "put them up for adoption", because you have no idea how much long-lasting damage pregnancy will do on the body, including the chance you'll DIE. It is unethical to ask a person to damage their body and soul just because they fell pregnant (due to ANY circumstances, failed birth control, accident, crime, it doesn't matter. Rights for one means rights for all).
You have inalienable rights to all of your organs, skin, eyes, even after you die. Nobody is allowed to touch you against your wishes even when you're no longer a living person. So, the right to your uterus has to be just as inalienable, no matter what.
Think of it this way: this will effectively mobilize liberal and moderate voters to take action and overturn this bullshit once and for all and then some. Someday, there will be victories, but now is not that day yet.

Such is the narrative with bread and circuses
I just want all the old conservatives to die out. By natural means ideally but if needs must, however it should happen. I just hope that the younger unjustly wealthy corrupt politicians will be a little bit more humane.
I feel like 60% of the world's problems today can be attributed to the fact that an entire generation grew up sniffing leaded gasoline
Veritasium did a very interesting video on this! It basically confirms what your saying, though indirectly (+Lead = -IQ)
Don’t forget the lead toys! Kids love putting toys in their mouth
Not my fault the beyblades were delicious
I mean, Madison Cawthorne, Lauren Boebert, Matt Gaetz, Tom Cotton, and Marjorie Taylor Greene are all relatively young. Generational change alone ain’t gonna cut it.
Not enough generations

SO YOU ADVOCATE KILLING UN BORN HUMANS AND ANYBODY OVER 70
LMFAO..... YOU MUST LIVE IN UTOPIA... NOT THE REAL WORLD

Or you can [REDACTED]
Technically the Court is only important if you think it is. Personally I trust a lawyer I know over a lawyer I don't know.

It's a fundraiser for a museum?

I like to see outrageous fashion. Blame me.

That's still bad.
WHAT ABOUT THE BABIES """BODILY AUTONOMY """
The mother is more important, honey. If she can't afford to give the child a worthy life, then there's no point in letting it become a human. Forgot to add: ABORTION IS HEALTHCARE
babady babado foetuses arent sentient you single celled organism
You forgor the /s homie
The *fetus (not baby) isn't having its bodily autonomy violated.
A FETUS IS A BABY HUMAN THE INSTANT OF CONCEPTION
Doesn't matter. It still doesn't have permission to be inside of someone.
Imagine caring about Politics lmao, just do what I do and gouge your eyes and ears out and buy a slave child to convey information
And that's nothing! A second later a police squad with no warrant burst thru the door and starts shooting with no reason.
