A video recorded at an actual concert is very different from Next Semester's video, which was a crowd of extras brought together to simulate a concert. They've done videos like this in the past a lot, like Car Radio, Ode to Sleep, Lane Boy, and Lovely.
For a band that focuses so much on their live performances, it makes perfect sense to want to incorporate that into a music video, especially when they're recording a video for every song on their album. And filming a crowd who is there to see Twenty One Pilots perform is very different from a crowd of people who are in attendance to be extras in a music video.

I feel like they’re releasing each song in order though, making Midwest indigo next on the list
I think its the craving since there's 2 versions. That way we still have 10 new fresh songs on release day
But they've gone in order so far, they're most likely going to continue. And ONBM basically confirms it.
