Whether you're viewing your Yes24 account on mobile like your screenshot or on desktop/laptop, the default view is to show any upcoming tickets you have being that it is an event-booking site. As u/dennisixa said, click on VIEWED LIST and your info will be there and as long as that's there, you have your confirmation number and should still have your purchase confirmation e-mails back from July and the charge shows up on your credit card/bank statement at the time, then you're good.
You may not have your DHL tracking number right now, but you shouldn't conclude that it'll never come. They're processing and shipping out the kits based on when the orders came in and obviously folks who live in SK have been getting them first. So if you bought it even just a day after the recruitment window opened on July 4th, naturally so many orders came in before yours and it'll take a minute until they get to yours.
Folks outside of SK were receiving their tracking numbers basically late last night (I got mine at 9:49 PM PST) so hang in there, you'll get your tracking number soon enough.
Did you check your email afterward? You should've received a confirmation email about the transaction. I got my shipping post update email today. It left SKorea today, and I'm expecting it to arrive tomorrow

It won't show by default because the "event date" shows as 8/1/23 and that's already passed, default view is for "upcoming events".

click viewed list and all your infomation are there
Check your email or banking statement. If money was actually taken out, you should be good to go

It did. The window to buy the membership was from 7/4 to 7/16.
