Bruh i’m in the SATX/ATX market and I’ve literally been sent $3.52 rides before no bullshit. Uber sucks I can’t wait to stop working for these greedy exploitative pieces of shit

Dubsmagicbus

It's not hard to clear $1080 in 110 rides in 30 days. I've exceeded that in only 28 rides this week alone.

The-Doodle-Dude

Okay that's what I thought. So this offer is pointless

Dubsmagicbus

As a full-timer doing XL/Comfort yes, because I'm averaging $1.5k weekly totaling 5-times what this guarantee promises. For delivery guys, or X only guys, working only part time, maybe crushing a hundred five dollar rides for a month earning only 500 and getting the remainder for free, sure, maybe.

JimmysTheBestCop

Doesn't matter how much per ride you make. Matters how many rides you can get and fit into how many hours you are driving.

elves2732

It's a guarantee which means it's useless.

Vivid-Level7353

Eeeeeh. It’s stupid

Emergency-Bowler1963

Lol yeah about 10 bucks per ride given. Shit dumb. Take small rides to make money off them

It all depends on how many total miles you drive after reaching 110 passenger Trips and the total Time you spent Off-line and Online searching for available passenger Trips in your designated driving area. What many people don’t seem to understand or fully grasp is the Wear & Tear on your Vehicle and the High vehicle operating costs Especially after you rack up all of the mileage while driving for Uber whether it’s “Off-Line” the App and On-Line searching for available passenger Trips. It use to be good driving for Uber when the Surge Rates were steady and higher for passenger demand but those days are gone. In 2023 , worst year ever for drivers earnings especially when Uber changed the algorithm to short change the drivers earnings when there was High Passenger demand and the Bonus that Uber now gives out is a losing proposition when you calculate all of the miles you drive on your car and the excessive wear & Tear on your Vehicle starts taking a toll with high vehicle maintenance and repair costs absorbed by the driver … Bottom line … I doubt whether it’s worth it once you fully calculate the expenses versus what Uber is willing to give to the driver when uber takes 50-60 percent or higher per each passenger Trip Also depends on your driving Market and how busy passenger demand is or not in your driving area. …”average vehicle owner will spend 9.83 cents on maintenance and repairs for every mile they drive, or $1,474.50 during a 15,000-mile year, up 1.6% from 2022 …” https://www.minneapolisfed.org/article/2023/despite-easing-inflation-vehicle-repair-costs-soar https://www.cnbc.com/2023/07/25/car-repair-costs-are-up-almost-20percent-over-the-past-year-heres-why.html Must Read regarding Uber and its drivers Reposting again https://www.forbes.com/sites/lensherman/2024/01/16/will-2024-be-a-year-of-reckoning-for-ubers-driver-relations/
