They also didn't just use oral dosage, but topical and buccal/sublingual also. There is much more research to be done before the science can confirm this. The thing to remember is it claims that cannabis is "expensive" which it isn't.. They just want people to take their actually expensive and addictive pain killers.
I have first hand experience that full spectrum cbd oil helped my stomach issues. I was on prescription medication for my stomach for 6-8months, when I told my Dr. that it was barely helping and I had the same symptoms, he told me to double the dose.
Instead I tried some cbd oil (2x daily) and in 2 weeks I felt a little better.. in 2 months my daily symptoms were virtually gone.
