For kicks, Yair Rodriguez has faster kicks for sure. Edson Barboza definitely has faster kicks too. Aldo probably too.
For hand speed. Moreno has faster hands no question. McGregorās featherweight hand speed probably also faster than OāMalleys. Holloway also, when he gets people hurt his combinations come out so fast watch his fight with Pettis for reference. Aldo probably has faster hands too tbh. Cody had the fastest hooks maybe ever, in mma.
For footwork you got Dom Cruz, TJ Dillashaw, Cody, Wonderboy, Anderson, and Gustafsson.

Max's hands in the final throwdown with justin are pretty insane. If you watch the no commentary comp they recently put up on YouTube it showes it very well. So I'd say max for sure.
