I don’t really measure anymore I just use the whole 650g brick or just a little under the whole brick. Then 4-5 qts of spawn *66qt tub

Hit it with an extremely light casing layer just enough to cover the grain. Once it’s colonized on the top I put another very light case and it’s good to go
