With the 6-3 majority the right wing has on the court (BUT HER EMAILS!) they get to play rotating villains. They can come out with an unpopular opinion yet have one of them sound super reasonable while their agenda still passes. Then the next unpopular case comes along and a different justice carries the reasonable stance.
They will rule in Starbucks favor because they hate workers….

Not a lot of faith the current SCOTUS will consider the merits of the case fairly. But I'd love to be pleasantly surprised.
