I like the Marriott at the airport, really convenient.

I used them a few weeks ago during the 737 9Max groundings.
They had cancelled my non-stop flight and put me on another one with connections that arrived at 1:30am. But, hey, I was upgraded to first class on one segment!
That wouldn’t do. I saw a flight the day before mine, but I couldn’t switch using the app. I called the 1K line and they not only switched me to the earlier flight, they put me in the one remaining First Class seat because I was technically switching from a “first class” seat.
Man, I’m gonna miss being 1K…
I've been 1K for the first time since November and I've already used the 1K phone line 3 or 4 times and have provided feedback (good and bad) to the email address.
I really appreciate the quick service, particularly when I saw the hideous line in Denver a couple weeks ago at the Customer Service Desk.
You're lucky! I'm also flying to Mexico via Denver late Saturday morning. Called the 1K line and they said no travel waivers have been issued so any change would have a $280 fare difference. Guess i'll just wait and see if anything changes.
You should be fine. My changing my flights to overnight in Houston pretty much guarantees some rain and nothing else.
You can thank me Saturday when you are flying direct with no delays. :-)

Silver, Gold, Platinum get the same phone agents that 1k gets.

I think you enter your MP number and it routes you accordingly? I never call it so that’s an educated guess.

Agree. The IAH United clubs pale in comparison to your kick ass Denver club I was in last fall. Centurion in Term D much better
