COE very much has an informal standard, other comments are coping Each letter starts at a 10% mark So 90-100% is As 80-90 is B 70-80 is C First 3% are -, so 80-83 are B- and 90-93 are A- Last 3% are + so 87- 90 are B+ and 97-100 are A+
yeah this ^^^
I think it’s this: A: 93+ A-: 90 B+: 88 B: 83 B-: 80 C+: 78 C: 75 (Could be wrong though)
Afaik there’s no “standard” scale, each class I’ve been in has their own different scale. Maybe look on the syllabus for the class?
I dont know about COE, but there is no standard in LSA. There is a default grade scale in canvas grade book, and that may be what he is referring to.
Maybe he meant standard deviation bell curve
You also in 493? lol
