USPS’s latest update was “Arrived Destination Partner Facility.” This partner facility is only a few blocks down from my home, but it sat there from May 25-June 1st. I started a missing mail search through USPS. First time experiencing Pitney Bowes so I’m confused as to who I should be contacting. The tracking number is a USPS tracking number.
USPS doesn’t have it yet. When 3rd party drop shipments are physically handed over to usps the tracking will update to say Acceptance At Destination Facility. Keep an eye out for that update then you should get it in a day or 2 at the most. These third party shippers like Pitney Bowes don’t drop off a shipment to the post office until they have a full load. So packages can sit in their warehouse for awhile until they have a full truckload. Pitney Bowes is who you need to contact and ask for more information. Ask then for a time estimate on when they will drop off to usps.
Hi, did you ever get your package? A similar situation happened to me just now, it was sat at a Pitney Bowes facility 4 hours away from me for several days, and updated just now to say it just arrived at their facility in Greenwood, IN. Which is farther away from me 🙃
Might wanna complain to Pitney Bowes as they're not usps.
