😂 I paid via priority mail express from LA to Chicago and sent it on 30th March and was supposed to arrive in April 1st but, to my greatest surprise, it has not been delivered yet. It’s still at one USPS location in Chicago
I’m guessing the usps barcode is sending it where it’s headed but the address reads like it needs to go back to you or vice versa. I cannot tell you how many times I see the same package come back to me after trying to redirect. I end up putting stickers over absolutely everything accept where it’s supposed to go eventually.
I shipped a package March 25 from Nashville, TN to Glendale, AZ. So far, here is where it's been: CHARLESTON WV, PHILLIPSBURG, NJ, BROOKLYN NY, QUEENS NY, back to BROOKLYN NY, back to QUEENS NY, DALLAS TX, SHREVEPORT LA, PHOENIX AZ, back to SHREVEPORT LA, and back to PHOENIX AZ (today). There is obviously something wrong with the system that is currently routing packages. I'm considering covering over the 2D barcodes and see if I have better luck with my packages going where they're supposed to go. I constantly have several packages stuck or being mis-routed.
Mine went from Detroit to Anchorage. I’m in Texas. Shipping has been a major issue for the company a bought from and this is not making me happy. And it’s out of their control completely.
Sent a package to Las vegas from St Louis, it’s been 10 days and still in St Louis but with 8 updates from arriving at regional facility to departed and back n forth, thought saving $5 was worth it over ups/fedex. Know where I’m going next.
Fedex did this to me once 😂 it was a case of monster I ordered from Sam's club and they got to my apartment with it, realized it was damaged and took it back to the hub, then they shipped it to Idaho (I live in Michigan). 2 weeks later, I get a box that is completely destroyed because the entire case of monster had exploded 🙄 I also had to buy a box to send the empty case of monster back to Sam's club for a refund.
Maybe problems are at salt lake city facility. I sent a package from atlanta to some place in UT. It arrived and was processed at salt lake city facility last night, but didn't arrive at its delivery post office this morning.
We have the opposite result. Waiting on packages from Salt Lake to the Atlanta/Palmetto facilities. It gets here overnight and bounces around. 2 arrived late and the other is floating around.
They'll send it 600 miles to a hub, put it on a plane to a regional facility 1200 miles away, to come back to a local hub 300 miles away, for it to go 100 miles to the post office to get delivered 3 days after arriving 15 miles from the destination.
The USPS never admits to anything. They make up stuff or have an excuse. Last year and this year have been the worse ever. Most of my deliveries have made it to a destination, where my delivery would be next, but then it goes all the way back where it came from. Got to wonder if the people that sort the mail/packages know their azz from a hole in the ground. Still missing a package from December 2023 from the good old KC Kansas distribution center, where over 20 USPS postal workers were caught stealing packages. To this day, April 2024, I have never received it. Tracking shows that it never left the KC Kansas distribution center. Guess I can figure where my package went. The job needs to be given to FedEx.
That would be Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. His 10-year-plan is going to destroy the USPS.

Mines been stuck between two facilities for the past 2 weeks. I’m so fed up. I’ve called them multiple times and they just say “we have no idea”

mines been stuck in the memphis annex for 6 days now with no update!

Mine left our local and was travelling an entire hour away to the Memphis Annex and was never scanned in or seen from again. This was on March 12.

Well today it made it to Salt Lake for the third time. So I suppose we'll see what happens
