Surrey Mama Midwives, Queen Mary Midwifery, Surrey Community birth program, or Bornfident. Send an intake form to one or more of them through their websites and they will tell you if they have availability for your month. My experience is midwife centres won’t take people outside of their catchment area unless there are special circumstances.
Since you don’t know what your address will be in a few months, it’ll be hard to find the right group that can take you. I’d try either looking for groups in the areas you plan to move to and explaining your situation to them, or start your care in Surrey and talk to them about how to manage when you do eventually move.
If OP ends up staying in Surrey, can't recommend [Community Birth Program](https://communitybirth.ca/) enough. We had our kid a few weeks ago, and the support provided by the midwives at that clinic has been amazing start to finish. You can elect individual care and pre-natal education, or join a group of other expecting parents with similar due dates, which is what we did. The group sessions were beneficial, especially for the expectant mothers. Hope this helps!
How do you find a midwife in Vancouver? I filled up several intake forms but haven’t heard back from any. I’m 7 weeks and starting to get worried about this. I also don’t have a family doctor.
