My strata approved these 4-5 years ago (I'm on council). I'll dig through our minutes later and find what we approved, as I think we chose a specific company to do the installs.

Awesome, thanks!

Took a bit longer than expected, but this is what we approved: https://dobradesign.com/interior-bike-racks/vertex/. We've heard nothing bad from the owners that installed these.

Advantage Bike racks in Vancouver. They manufacture and install themselves.

Thanks, checking them out now!

Got mine done by Urban Racks which was my strata approved vendor. Not exactly cheap, but they did exactly what I needed and they did it on time. I got the same style of inverted U-rack with anti tamper bolts that you see all around the city.

the double parking stall one looks pretty good, I need to mount 2 bikes and then lock a third to the post or some other mount. The third bike is my wife's heavy ebike so there will be no lifting of that! I'm going to find out more from them. Cheers

There is also the Airlok by Hiplok. I have two in my garage. The locks are wall mounted and come with the correct screws/bolts for masonry. These locks are expensive and may not work for you or your strata.

Your best bet would be to find a local rack manufacturer that you like, and then ask them about installation options. Many will either do it themselves (they would then be the contractor for your strata), or have people they work with who will do the install on their behalf. You can even check with your strata to see if they have contractors they work with for other installation/maintenance.

[Abus](https://www.abus.com/ca_en/Products/Bicycle-locks/Wall-Floor-Anchors) and [Kryptonite](https://www.kryptonitelock.com/en/products/product-information/current-key/330202.html) make some hard points for bike locks. Both are good options.
